Brilliant

Pros: The location was very central, still easy to access with public transport from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: Pillows potentially could be better but I am picky

Perfect stay in Porto

Pros: Fantastic central location, also opposite a lovely cocktail bar. Lovely room with basic but good amenities- just what we wanted.

Cons: We were told we could leave bags with reception for a few hours when we checked out; there was no one there when we checked out so this wasn’t possible. Luckily we had seen lockers at the train station so used these instead.

Cons: Not very sound proof so we could hear people in other apartments walking around and talking in the night.

Pros: Great location. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful.

Pros: Fabulous location, and really helpful and friendly staff. We only stayed one night when our original accommodation fell through. With less than an hour between when we booked and when we arrived (around 9pm) we still got received like it was the easiest thing in the world and we felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of.

Great location

Pros: It was close to most attractions. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was clean with kitchenette for preparing breakfast.

Cons: There weren't any bedside tables, so phones etc were on the floor when charging.
