VIVA Formosa Lofts

Enjoyable stay at VIVA Formosa lofts.

Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location for easy access to restaurants, markets and shops. Most places of interest were within easy walking distance. The apartment was light and airy. There was a quick response from the managing agent to a couple of questions I had. Access to the building and apartment was quick and easy by code sent before arrival. Checkout was also easy. The apartment felt discreet and private which I appreciated.

Amazing value!

Pros: Everything! The flat was very cozy, very well located, had all the appliances we needed and was very calm. The host was also very responsive and flexible, in allowing us to drop our luggage before check in.

Cons: We could have benefited from a bit more toilet paper and more coffee pods (we had to buy some at the grocery store). Nonetheless, generally speaking, we really loved our time there and believe it was an amazing deal.

Pros: Lovely accommodation, modern, comfortable, excellent location

Cons: The music during the day from the shop below is audible inside the apartment, but does stop early evening .

Wonderful stay at VIVA Formosa Lofts Porto

Pros: An excellent studio apartment centrally located in the city, within short walking distance to restaurants, shops, supermarket. Taxi stands are also within short walking distance at Porto City Hall. Access to the building and the apartment was easy with access codes clearly communicated through Whatsapp with the Host. Rosario was always prompt and helpful when we approached her for information. Thank you, Rosario. The building is equipped with a lift which is great especially when travelling with luggage. The apartment is modern, well equipped, spacious, clean, quiet with comfortable bed and good shower.

Clean, modern and well located apartment

Pros: The location is very convenient, next to Bolhao market and a short walk to the river. The property was modern and very clean and communication with the host was excellent, very responsive. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen facilities were very good.

Cons: The only minor suggestion for improvement would be if a chest of drawers could be incorporated to store clothes. However, this would not prevent me from staying here again or recommending the property to others visiting Porto.

Porto is a fabulous city and the VIVA Formosa Lofts are clean, modern, and comfortable.

Pros: The apartment was clean and modern, just as it appears in the photos. The space was quiet and the location was central - close to a taxi stand, tourist sites, and a subway station. It was very convenient and comfortable.

Cons: A couple of times when we were coming to and fro the apartment on our last day, the front door to the building (which is usually locked with a code) was left ajar. This was likely an accident - but could raise a safety issue as there is no onsite staff or security. That being said, we never felt unsafe.

Pros: Pet friendly, excellent location, comfy bed and good kitchen appliances!

Very comfortable and feels like having your own apartment

Pros: It’s very new and furnished, kitchenette are well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Room is very comfortable, check in and check out are easy. Location is superb.

Cons: It would be great to have more shampoo and soap

Pros: Well equiped, clean and nice, close to all the main attractions (Market Bolhao just around the corner). Good contact with the host.

Cons: The sink was a bit clogged

Pros: Tudo perfeito . O local apesar de ser centro super silencioso , as acomodações tudo super recente e bastante completo . Pude levar os meus cães também sem qualquer custo extra , muito obrigada 🥰 voltarei c certeza.
