Such incredible value for money. Such a stunning modern apartment!

Pros: It was incredible. Extremely modern and beautiful. Such a stunning apartment and well fitted.

Great location and apartment, but some big drawbacks...

Pros: The apartment is great. It has everything you need, is close to most attractions without requiring transportation, with plenty of restaurants just a minute away and all amenities nearby

Cons: Be prepared to hear a lot of footsteps whenever someone in another apartment moves around or uses the stairs, especially from the unit above. You’ll also hear everything happening in the upstairs apartment when guests use the toilet or take a shower. The apartment also has the worst check-in and check-out times we've ever experienced. On our arrival, it was a rainy day, and we requested an early check-in (which we were willing to pay for), but it was denied. We were told the previous guests would leave at 11 AM, and the apartment wouldn’t be ready until 3:30 PM—apparently, it takes 4.5 hours to prepare an apartment 😉. After we booked, we received a message confirming the standard checkout time of 11 AM, which was fine. However, the day before we were due to leave, we received another message stating we had to check out by 10:30 AM or face a 200-euro fine for late departure. Also, please note that the apartment is located directly in front of five large garbage containers. Be prepared to hear people throwing glass bottles into them at all hours, as well as the loud truck that comes frequently to empty them. One last comment: please note that there is a luggage storage facility right next to the apartment (the one they mention is not free and is farther away). The nearby one costs the same, but they don't inform you about it. You can find it on Google Maps. It's the store just before the apartment

For a short stay great. Not really suited for a longer stay.

Pros: The apartment is modern and really nice decorated. The size is also perfect for two people. The towels were changed regularly. It was easy to reach someone in case of issues and it was fixed quickly. The location is great and lots of coffee places and restaurants around.

Cons: There was water dripping from the ceiling and not enough dishwasher tabs. The kitchen is not that well equipped. The frying pan can’t be used since it’s scratched. There is no cutting board and no dish towels. The washing machine and dryer combination is not that well working. The clothes are not drying well. There is no washing wreck which makes it hard to dry the clothes in this apartment.

Excellent apartment!

Pros: Excellent apartment, a lot of space, all is good. Very close to the center. The personal is very cute and nice.

Comfortable stay in well-equipped apartment.

Pros: There was a supermarket just up the street, making self-catering easy. The walk into the city centre was easy, and there were lots of cafes and restaurants around as well. Love the soft pillows on the bed.

Cons: The check-in code was a little confusing, because of spacing indicated between the # and the numbers. Don't forget the second #. It was soon sorted though. The taps in the bathroom were also confusing, and I had to be shown how to turn them on (push them up). Minor issues though.

Perfect!!

Pros: the staff were so helpful and friendly, the location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable

It was a perfect stay and will definitely come here again on our next Porto visit. Highly recommend it!

Pros: The property exceeded our expectations. It was tastefully done and super comfortable for a couple. We loved the location too. It‘s central and really easy to walk to everything or take public transportation. The area it’s in, seems to be a new trendy place with great restaurants and bars just below. It’s also on a not so busy street that leads to a cobbled stone pedestrian walkway where everything is.

Cons: When we arrived, there were towels on the floor and the bed wasn’t made, but it was immediately remedied after I called them. Plus they refunded the cleaning fee which was good of them.

Pros: Very clean, comfy and luxurious. The apartment is near the city center.

Cons: The bed wasn’t comfortable, but this is very personal.

Pros: Super Nice apartment and great location. A lot of Nice bars and restaurants nearby but still quiet during the nights.

Cons: The beds could have been nicer, not the most comfy one.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the location was brilliant 👏 👌. All was super clean and cute.

Cons: The only observation: there was a coffee machine but no coffee....if I would of knew, I could bring mine. Ither than this all great.
