Pros: The location is perfect. In the middle of all the attractions. The apartment is very clean and cozy with a lot of windows facing the rooftops of the city. Very romantic.
Cons: Would be nice to have more pillows. And the shower head was keep falling off.

New, fresh, well decorated, sheep cushions and bed, amazing location (despite the streets reputation)!
Pros: It was properly advertised. Newly painted, open and light. Our view was quite similar to advertised from the third floor. The location is GREAT, however we came to understand from locals that the street is referred as the ”dark street” in porto and can be quite shady in the evenings. However, we didn’t have that issue and it was cute during the day, typically filled with older ladies selling fruit and vegetables or other things.
Cons: Poor sound isolation, we could hear the people above us quite loudly and outside but thankfully not much traffic outside our windows. The toilet was clearly dirty with left over feces, so it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. However, the rest of the apartment seemed clean. The cushions were the worst we have ever crossed paths with and the matress as well. The first 1-2 floors smelled of mildew/mold, but we had no such issues on the third floor.

Pros: The appartment has a nice decoration and a good location. I really liked the comfortable bed. The location is also really good, as you are directly in the center of the city.
Cons: After walking barefoot in the apartment, we realized the floor was not clean, as there was noticeable dust in hair. Additionally, the glass door in the shower does not close properly, and the water did not drain well. We had to remove a plastic part from the drain to improve the water flow.

Bona relació qualitat-preu
Pros: És molt cèntric, té una excel·lent relació qualitat-preu i el personal de Guest Ready està sempre pendent dels teus missatges. Faltaven piles al comandament de la TV, i encara que era festiu, 1 de gener, em van portar piles. La dutxa molt bé, i amb aigua calenta molt ràpid (compte a graduar bé la temperatura perquè et pots cremar)
Cons: Hi ha zones de les parets sota les finestres amb molta humitat i amb fongs. També s'escolten molt les passes dels hostes del pis de sobre. Falten penjadors per tovalloles al bany, i un armari per deixar la roba. No hi ha escorredor pels plats. El primer dia, quan vam arribar, l'apartament estava a 11,6 graus. Estaria bé que deixessin encès el radiador elèctric que hi ha (molt eficient) unes hores abans d'arribar els hostes

Pros: Tolle Lage unterhalb der Kathedrale direkt neben der Rua do Flores. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mitten im lebendigen Porto. Clean eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht.
Cons: Das Altstadtviertel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Nebenhaus ist eine Ruine, darin wird gebaut. Alles sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt. Leider tritt Wasser aus dem modernen Bad aus und sickert in den Küchenboden. Die Duschtür schließt nicht richtig. Die Wohnung wird also nicht lange so schön bleiben. Schade. Was war mit Flußblick gemeint? Den habe ich nicht gefunden 😉.
