Oporto Central Flat - Downtown

Pros: The host, Pedro provided us an excellent service with prompt response to my enquiries. In addition, upon our checkout on the last day, he even went an extra mile to assist us in contacting the luggage transfer company when they failed to show up promptly at the apartment to pick up the luggages as promised. Without his help, I can’t imagine how else we are able to contact the company who rejected our WhatsApp call (we only had data plan). Thank you once again , Pedro and keep up with your superb service.

Cons: Not so much from the apartment itself but the noise from the party goers at wee hours and cars passing by early morning may affect people who are light sleepers.

Pros: Lovely, clean apartments. We lived with friends in an apartment for 3 days. The apartments have everything you need for sleeping and cooking. The owners were friendly. Thank you!

Pros: It was an amazing experience in Porto. The flat is near the city centre and there are a lot of possibilities to shop groceries or to eat nearby. The host , Pedro , is the best host ever , his kindness und helpfulness deserve a 100 stern price 🥰 we were really happy 😃

Pros: I really like how the location was amazing and near to the amenities and all the touristic spots. Also, the staff was so nice as he answers my questions about the city and the apartment. I really recommend this apartment!

Pros: Ubicación, cerca del centro de Oporto, para moverse andando por la ciudad. Detalle de café y agua muy bien. Tiene convenio con un parking cerrado. Sería conveniente en la cama grande cambio de somier, el ruido es espantoso no puedes moverte. Para un par de noches estuvo bien.

Pros: La ubicación excelente. Dos habitaciones cómodas. Las camas eran cómodas. Nos gustó el detalle de esperarnos con agua mineral , te y café. La ropa de cama muy bien. Estuvimos muy cómodos.

Cons: Me hubiera gustado que tuviera aire acondicionado o ventiladores. El día que estuvimos hacia mucho calor.

Conforto e ótima localização

Pros: A localização é ótima, o apartamento confortável é o anfitrião muito atencioso e prestativo, deu várias dicas de lugares para ir.

Cons: O aquecimento demora um pouco para esquentar e a vazão de água do box do banheiro é um pouco lenta, precisa tirar o ralo para não encher.

Pros: La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima poiché ci si può muovere a piedi; il quartiere è vivo, pieno di locali e nelle vicinanze ci sono un supermercato e un mini market

Cons: Il termosifone in cucina ha qualche problema, credo sia rotto, il water perde acqua da sotto bagnando il pavimento, il letto matrimoniale è traballante e cigola moltissimo. Ci è dispiaciuto perché sono piccole riparazioni e quindi ci ha un po' infastidito non fossero state fatte. Inoltre mancano tostapane e scolapasta. In ogni caso noi ci siamo trovati bene.
