Pros: We were a bit cold and the hostess gave us extra blankets. The hostess was very kind.

Cons: It needs a second A/C in the bedroom.

Perferctly located for a short stay.

Pros: Location is great and studio apartment has windows to the opposite side of main street so it is not to loud.

Cons: It is not possible to open windows in the sleeping room, and bed is bearly big enough for 2.

Pros: Lovely large apartment, clean and modern with loads of space. We had a 6 year old and with us an there was plenty space. Location is perfect to stroll around historic centre.

Clean, beautiful, apartment. Within walking distance of the all the main tourist attractions

Pros: We stayed for 11 nights in one bed apartment. All the facilities were really good, clean, & everything worked perfectly. The windows shutters kept any street noise out!

Cons: Access to a washing machine would have been good as we were there for 11 nights.

Nice Stay

Pros: Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment which met our needs nicely. Really good location, easy access to metro stations and walking distance to all main sites in city area. Some very nice bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in the immediate area. Sonia, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Minor issues only, but the shower head in our bathroom was slightly misfunctional but not a terrible issue. Our apartment looked out to the back of the building, so there is not really any benefit to the balcony, although again, this didn't have a major impact on the stay. I would recommend this accommodation and/or stay again.

Cons: Because of that location it can be a bit noisy with the windows open, but it's still really comfortable with the windows closed and also in the bedroom.

Pros: Absolute. Hidden gem in a perfect location. In a quiet street with a coffee shop practically next door with amazing coffee and natas. Also a burger place across the road that make the best burgers I've ever tasted. Spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee in the apartment. Modern, quiet. Lovely staff.

Cons: I feel like the air con wasn't cold enough. It could be my error using it but my husband and I both tried to get it colder and just couldn't get it cold enough for a comfortable sleep but as I say, it may be my error. Other than that absolutely gorgeous apartment.

Welcoming, safe and comfortable

Pros: We had booked the apartment on the third floor and were grateful to be given the bigger apartment on the second floor. The apartment is well located , a breakfast cafe downstairs, several restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets in the area. The self-service laundry was 5 min walk. The Praca da Libertade was also just 5 min walk away. Well-appointed with a kitchenette, a/c, a big comfortable bed, sofa and TV. The staff was welcoming and keen to accommodate our requests as quickly as possible, eg iron and ironing board. We highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: The stairs could be an issue for elderly people. We would have loved a washing machine in the apartment or on site.
