Nice and pleasant apartment

Pros: The property was clean and looked like the pictures. Very close to everything. Pleasant and safe area. There was everything one might need during a stay in Porto. There were enough towels, also soap and body lotion. Complementary tea and coffee as well.

Cons: We have experienced problems with absence of hot water in the shower. Another major concern was the lock of the door during check-in. We were given the check-in instructions, however, they did not inform us about a peculiarity of the apartment door. Apparently, in order to open it, you have to twist the key to the left, simultaneously pulling the door to yourself, and as soon as the key stops twisting, you push the door. We spent 30 minutes trying to figure this out after a long and tiring flight, texting the property about this, but only receiving answers from an AI bot, which could not help adequately. In the end, the staff helped us, but it was a rather nervous check in. Apparently, the door issue has been mentioned multiple times in other reviews. Overall, the stay was good, but please leave the door instructions for future guests.

Pros: The location was so central being near many spots a tourist would want to visit. The apartment was clean, the staff was responsive to our needs and it was a great spot to start the day. We really loved this accommodation!

Cons: We didn't know which door was the correct apartment so we tried to open the wrong door, which didn't work. The staff was extremely responsive which helped a lot! There was some noise at night.

Pros: The appartement was amazing. It's very clean and well furnished. Its location is one of the things that I liked the most as it is close to all the great places that you would want to visit in porto. No need for any means of transportation, walking is enough. Overall, I highly recommand this place if you are seeking a great place to enjoy your stay in porto.

Cons: Well there's one thing that I felt sad about. I was sick and I took a nap in the afternoon so that I would have energy to go out in the evening. When I wanted to go out in the evening I couldn't find the keys regardless of various attempts. I kept on looking for it from 5 pm to 10 pm but I couldn't find it. I contacted the host for help or to give me new keys or at least someone would come and open the door for me but I didn't receive any help and instead she told me it's my responsibility and that if they will call a locksmith to change the keys and lock ifnI can't find it by the day after and that I will have to pay for all his charges. To be honest, It was a very unfortunate event. I felt locked up in a place in a foreign country with no one to help me and I was very sick and the host didn't show any sympathy. Fortunately, i was able to find it in a very hidden place after a search that lasted for around 5 hours.

A brilliant base from which to explore a fascinating city.

Pros: This apartment was exactly what I was hoping for, for our stay in Porto. Really well situated, easy to get from the airport to the apartment on public transport and a great location for exploring the city. The kitchen was well equipped and with a few supermarkets in close proximity, we were able to cater for ourselves on nights when we didn't want to eat out. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the shower room was perfect. The local area was great for bars and restaurants too. Couldn't have wished for better.

Brilliant stay in a wonderful neighbourhood.

Pros: Excellent location, close to attractions, plenty of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Quiet peaceful apartment. Great having the cooking facilities, a table and chairs and a washing machine. Thank you for the wine. Great to be able to open the door onto the balcony. Love fresh air.

Cons: The bed sheet didn’t properly fit the mattress- annoying and a smart TV would have been nice.

Pros: The apartment had everything. It was located in a quiet neighberhood, yet in the middle of the action. We appreciate the communication with the host. I'd recommend this place anytime.

Cons: The bed was a bit short,but i guess it is common in here.

Pros: Cheerful, very clean, aesthetically pleasing, excellent firm comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, umbrella, iron, spare light bed cover.

Cons: Unfortunately very noisy construction right outside the windows … so best to be there at weekends when construction is paused. Construction starts early and finishes late. I wore noise cancelling earphones which helped and when all windows and balcony doors are shut it is not quite as bad. All accomodation I’ve had so far in Portugal doesn’t provide shampoo and conditioner… which I’d much rather be provided than a bottle of wine.

Pros: The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and everything was in excellent order. The beds were comfortable. The location was good to see major sites and there were buses not far away that took you to more distant attractions, fx Serralves Art Museum, casa da Musica, and Pergola da Foz. Good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The one thing that was irritating and reduced the enjoyment during the stay in the apartment was unfortunately beyond the control of the hosts: the construction work of apartment buildings in the back. There was constant noise from around 7:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays and the view from the apartment was not very appealing. Could not use the apartment to relax in the middle of the day. If not for this, stay would have been almost perfect.

Pros: One of the best apartments I've been in. Very good location for exploring Porto. The apartment is almost brand new, its cleanliness and equipment are perfect. Lurdes is a very good host. If we are in Porto, we will definitely come back.

Cons: le vendredi soir....des jeunes locataires ont fait bcp de bruit dans les couloirs jusqu'à 5h du matin . Je suis intervenu le samedi soir pour les calmer afin qu'ils respectent notre sommeil. Les agitateurs étaient des garçons comme des filles... Très bien les autres jours . La climatisation est bruyante .
