Our fab Porto stay :)

Pros: We had a great stay. Neat, clean, very comfy beds, certainly exceeded our expectations. Nice big kitchen. It felt big enough for a family of four without feeling on top of each other. Quiet area meant a good night's sleep and quick reponses from the Filipe were super. Had a fantastic stay, thank you. Would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons: It might be a little far from the center for some but that being said we love to walk so the 30min walk to town was great. Taxis are well priced so catching one back after a long day out was completely doable without breaking the bank.

Very comfortable and clean with all amenities and plenty of space. Filipe was an excellent host

Pros: It was a very spacious apartment with very comfortable beds. Fully fitted kitchen and washer dryer. Very clean and comfortable and spacious. Our Host Filipe was excellent. No matter when I texted him with a question he responded promptly. He was 1st class.

Cons: It was a little bit out from the centre, but for our host, value for money and size of the apartment I would most definitely return to it.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment. Easy to find and in a good location. Breakfast places just down the street and some cheap local places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. We walked everywhere, and it's uphill to get back, but there's a metro stop close by and it's a quick ride into town.

Cons: All fine.

Pros: Everything was good. Very spacious apartment in accordance with the photos. Very fast and effective assistance, I recommend it 100%.

Nice apartment, could be beyter

Pros: The apartment is well equiped and has nice design. It is located in a quite place and has a free public parking nearby.

Cons: The maintainance is not very good: the bathroom door was broken, the refregerator door would not close. We were 4 adults that stayed in the apartment for 3 nights: there is a coffee machine but the left only 1 capsule, there is a dishwasher but they left only 1 tablet, so we could not use them. It is 3 km from the center which means 30-45 min walk or 20-25 min drive (with traffic).

A great stay in a vibrant neighbourhood with good links to tourist sights in Porto.

Pros: The apartment was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The flat was located near a major metro line, which made travel in Porto easy. While a bit chaotic, the parking near the hotel turned out to be easy and free, though we were unsure of whether or not we were properly parked. We just mimicked the locals and it turned out fine. We liked the area -- a little gritty at first glance, but a vibrant local community with plenty of great food options in easy walking distance.

Cons: An e-mail went missing -- a glitch on the web -- which had crucial pictures of where the lock-box was to be found. Fortunately we looked around and found it anyway Filipe's email eventually came through and it was crystal clear, so no fault of his. So, really, there were no negatives here.

Pros: Everything . The place is superb, has everything you need to stay long or short

Comfortable apartment

Pros: The communication with Maria was prompt and she was always helpful with any questions. The apartment was large, well organised, comfortable and clean when we arrived. Four people could easily stay here for a week or more. The Metro is an approximate 10 minute walk which takes you directly into the centre of Porto.

Cons: It would have been helpful to have a small supply of cooking items such as oil and salt etc, as these are difficult to carry when travelling for several months as we are. The local area around the apartment is not the nicest and there were limited options for purchasing groceries or eating out in the evening.

The apartment is perfect for both a short and a longer holiday stay. Everywhere is easily accessible

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The equipment was everything as described. New and clean furniture. Great for families with children, it had 2 separate bedrooms and a living room. Quiet neighborhood. There is an elevator even though the building only has 3 floors. It was less than half a kilometer to walk to the Porto Combatantes metro station. Various kinds of shops nearby. Also close to great cafes and small restaurants with good meals. I recommend :)

Cons: I have no negative comments.

Pros: Room was exactly as per photos. Spacious and clean. Everything we needed! Wifi great too. Easy to communicate with host! Wish we had stayed in more places like this instead of unnecessarily spending a fortune on hotels! More spacious and flat more like a home as opposed to a room.
