Pros: The apartment is comfortable, warm and clean. It has a kitchen and utensils so you can cook your own food. It's great.

Cons: I think the check-in time can be earlier, it would be better to change it to 12 o'clock.

Perfect location

Pros: The apartment is well located, closed to all the attractions and shops; we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It is very spacious and clean.

Cons: Despite being so spacious, there are no places where to leave your stuff. A couple of shelves and hooks would have been quite appreciated. There is no window or fun in the toilet.

Get location and excellent customer service and cleaning services.

Pros: Very clean - any issues where sorted immediately and great communications. Location is fantastic right in the centre. If I was going back to Porto again I would definitely use this accommodation again.

Cons: If I had two small suggestions. The apartment would benefit from a welcome pack with instructions on how to operate the hob and extractor fan.and information on local attractions. Lighting in the kitchen area could be improved.
