Oporto Royal Apartment - Solar da Avenida

Pros: The staff was very helpful. Beautiful ceiling, a mini balcony, and great location.

Great interior. Terrible key pick up process + hidden fees.

Pros: Very stylish apartment and beautiful building! The ceilings made it feel like we were at a museum. Not too far from some of the main sights.

Cons: The key pick up process was so unnecessarily complicated! Our flight arrived at 8:30 pm, it was the only one available that day. For that, we had to pay a fee because they couldn’t make a key pick up as easy as a lockbox/code. Instead, a person had to wait for us until 9:30 to give us the keys. When I asked why we had to pay to arrive later, the receptionist suggested “I should’ve read the rules better,” which wasn’t the friendliest way of handling the situation.

Highly recommended as a comfortable base for a great time in Porto.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and stylish, converted to modern standards within a beautiful old building. It's very conveniently situated, within 15 minutes walk from the main station and old city, and less than 5 minutues from a park and a square full of restaurants. Marianne, the rental manager, is extremely pleasant, efficient and happy to help with extra linen, advice and storing luggage to be picked up later on the last day.

Cons: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, and were sad to leave, but it may not work for light sleepers as it looks out over a busy road.

Porto is a great place to visit. lots to do and the city grew on us everyday.

Pros: Started of with nice first contact with Infos for our arrival - thanks Mariana! Check-in in was super quick and easy. Size of room, interior design, super equipped, more than expected. The location is perfect, close to Metro Station to/from airport, bus stop a minute from doorstep. 15mins walk to city center. Couldn't have chosen better for our 4night stay. Highly recommended, we loved the place

Cons: Could provide bigger quantities of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo etc and also an iron

Pros: M’ha encantat l’estada! L’apartament es preciós, molt ampli, lluminós i decorat amb molt de gust. Molt còmode i agradable, he estat molt a gust. Tornaria sense dubtar-ho!

Cons: Heladera pequeña , sin lavavajillas y sin elementos de limpieza básicos ( ej escoba , ) Pocas sillas ( sería bueno tener dos sillas más si uno invita amigos o familiares a cenar )
