Pros: The location was great, and the studio was quite cute and convenient.

Cons: I only didn't like the smell when I entered the studio, which I believe comes from the luck of ventilation in the bath. If you can fix it, it will be perfect.

Overall, we rate our stay very positively. Aside from these minor issues, we were very satisfied and truly enjoyed both

Pros: Great location of the accommodation, within walking distance of the Douro River and the main attractions of the city (we used public transport only minimally). The apartment was modern, bright, and equipped with everything you might need or even think of. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The staff were kind and helpful — they even accommodated our early morning arrival and allowed us an earlier check-in so we could settle in and rest. We stayed during a period when there is major construction of a new metro line taking place right in front of the building, and once we closed the windows, we could hardly hear anything - amazing! 🤩

Cons: Unfortunately, we stayed during a time when, in addition to the metro construction outside, there was also renovation work taking place in the apartment above us. We were woken up by the noise of floor sanding, drilling, and hammering. On the first day we were so tired that I didn’t really notice it, but on the following days it became rather annoying. Even though the workers tried their best, it’s an old building and the noise unfortunately carries through the ceilings and walls 😕. Another issue was the significant noise coming from the basement of the building almost every evening until late at night. Later, we identified it as likely being the staff from the restaurants located below the building. When cleaning up the tables at night, they would shout and make quite a lot of noise, which echoed throughout the entire building. That said, this is something the owner cannot really control, and it was nothing unbearable — but it did slightly affect the overall impression

Pros: i liked the inside it was very cosy and comfortable

Cons: as someone who is from lisbon and is used to alot of people asking for money on the streets, this area of porto was for sure 100x worse , but thats no ones fault at all

Good value for money

Pros: The location is excellent. Accommodation was clean and had all the facilities needed.

Pros: The place is very central, you have a metro stop right outside and walking distance to a lot of good places

Helpful host with quick communication, clean space and great location...

Pros: I stayed 3 nights. Communication was fast and the host genuinely tried to help, which felt great. The place was clean overall and the location was excellent.

Cons: The lighting could be upgraded it felt a bit dim (not a deal-breaker). The kitchen would benefit from a stove/hob; with a ‘studio’ you expect that for simple cooking.

Pros: Apartment is well maintained, staff was very easy to reach and the instructions were clear and up to date. Even as the apartment is in the middle of everything (next to train/metro station), it was amazingly soundproof! Good night sleep for the whole stay. It was easy to get around in the city and to reach main attractions. Also lovely restaurants close by.

We will stay there next year

Pros: Great WiFi and opposite Sao bento metro and train station. Great bakery next door

Cons: Shower door was not big enough the opening so bathroom flooded

Good for a short stay if you don’t care about the noise.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. We wanted to be near Ribeira and the location was perfect.

Cons: It’s hard to park. You need to go to a cafe to take the ticket if you asked for parking. But it’s impossible to stop nearby. Very confusing parking process. They didn’t have change also.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Hosts responded promptly to our questions and were generally supportive.

Cons: Location, close to the train station, felt quite unsafe at times. Parking was complicated (we needed to pick up a card from the restaurant, hence we had to find parking, to be able to get into the parking we paid for - this process could be simplified).
