Formosa Patio with Free Parking

Overall a good place to stay.

Pros: Very close to historic centre and river. Apartment was modern and everything worked. Good out side area. Very clean and well presented. Many restaurants and a supermarket close by.

Cons: Although large parking space getting the car into buildings I found very difficult. Microwaves was old and very basic, could do with upgrading. Contact owner for access details, would have preferred if owner/ operator sent them in advance.

Pros: Location is great, supermarket and lots of restaurants near by. The apartment had high sealings and fresh white walls. Comfortable bed ja big sofa.

Cons: Big terrace was nice what comes to size but the patio furniture was dirty and also the patio floor was covered with dirt. Sound proofing of the apartment was poor, you could hear the sound from people walking in the corridor.

Pros: Very nice clean apartment, with kitchen, washing machine, terrace and everything you need. Nice host, checking in and out was quick with all the instructions provided.

Cons: It’s quite noisy, you can hear people from other apartments, walking on the staircase etc.

Two nights in Porto

Pros: The apartment was very well presented and it had all the facilities we required, On site parking was a bonus but it is not easy to access (see don’t like for hints). Once in there is so much room and your car is very secure. The location was perfect and all the local attractions were within walking distance. Christina has put together a little compendium of local attractions, restaurants , supermarkets etc that is a great aid to planning your stay

Cons: Initially you need to park nearby so you can get the temote control for the garage door, you cannot sit on the street outside as ther is no parking plus it can be very busy as it’s on a bus route. The parking is difficult to access especially if your car is larger or longer than most. Additionally the locals are very intolerant if you hold them up. The only way I could get in was to go slightly past the door then reverse between the poles so you could drive straight at the door. Getting out was easier but you do need a spotter as the street can be very busy, also take it easy as my car hit very hard as I dropped over the kerb to get onto the street. The only other wrinkle was that Christina was let down by her support crew, she fixed every thing but these things should not happen.

Ideale per visitare Porto

Pros: Bell’appartamento con terrazza e parcheggio interno al centro di Porto

Cons: Isolazione fonica non ottimale. Si sente quasi ogni rumore 😊 degli altri appartamenti. Accesso parcheggio non facile, specialmente se una altra macchina è parcheggiata di fronte all’uscita.

Repetiría

Pros: El apartamento coqueto limpio nuevo. Ubicación perfecta.

Cons: Acceso al parking del coche muy complicado.

Pros: Die Lage ist überragend. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Altbauwohnung, aber Achtung: keine getrennte Zimmer. Sehr gute Wohngegend, von der aus viele, viele Restaurants, Cafés, Bar etc. erreichbar sind. Gleich in der Nähe einer beliebten Einkaufsstraße.

Cons: Das Parken ist nicht so einfach. Keine großen Autos wie VW-Bus. Sehr enge Einfahrt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig - großes Manko.

Buen alojamiento en Oporto.

Pros: EL alojamiento es muy bonito. Está en una zona tranquila y tiene una buena situación para visitar Oporto. El mercado de Bolao o la estación de Sao Bento están a pocos minutos andando. Tiene plaza de aparcamiento, muy espaciosa aunque es verdad que la entrada es complicada para vehículos grandes. Nosotros nos comunicamos con la dueña del alojamiento a través de Booking y el wassap y no tuvimos problema. Sin duda un buen alojamiento en Oporto.

Pros: Location is convenient, peaceful, and close to everything you need—shops, cafes, and great local attractions. A perfect spot for exploring the area. We would recommend this accommodation to others and would be happy to return in the future.
