Brilliant location would visit again!
Pros: Such a great apartment! It is in a perfect location in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. It was clean and had beautiful views of Porto with a great little balcony. We loved our stay here😊
Cons: The check in time is at 17hrs which wasn’t great but it is clear on booking. It would be good if luggage storage was part of the service as this came at an extra cost. Overall the apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. Staff were also very friendly!

Nice apartment great location but need to fix some things including the check in time!
Pros: Great location, apartment has everything you need. Fantastic views when sitting on little balcony of the river.
Cons: Front door lock. They know it's an issue has been according to the reviews for years. Just replace the lock! Taking 5 mins to mes around & try open it is not fun. Also scratched my new ring by opening stupid door. Also 5pm check in time is ridiculous!

Pros: Location was great. Apartment was clean and kitchen area good.
Cons: The frontdoor lock was a nightmare. Took us a few goes to open door. Very frustrating.

Lovely apartment with great views
Pros: Great location, amazing view from the balcony, clean and well equipped, hosts were easy to communicate with
Cons: The lock for the main front door is very difficult to open, but we got the hang of it after a few days

Great view and spacious apartment
Pros: Spacious apartment with fantastic views. Great to have two toilets and a great shower. Lots of eating places nearby and everything is in walking distance. Lovely stay
Cons: Very squeaky floor boards, so going to the toilet at night was not quiet at all. There is an art to getting in the front door as you have to wiggle the key around, not good in the rain.

Pros: Great location, supermarket & restaurants close by, comfortable for 4, could see the river
Cons: Noisy timber floor. Door to bedroom difficult & noisy to close due to scraping on the floor

Pros: The location was perfect. it was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. It was lovely to have a balcony with such an amazing view too. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.
Cons: There were no working locks on the toilet doors. Be really useful if the apartment had a kettle.

Prime location, with gorgeous views and a local feel
Pros: Location was absolutely excellent. I know Porto, and have stayed in this area before, so I was familiar, but still, it was really excellent. There were balconies on both sides of the apartment, with street views on one side and Porto, Douro River and Vila Nova de Gaia on the other side. It was beautiful. The views alone are worth it! I thought the shower had good water pressure, the building was safe, the apartment was spacious and well equipped and had good natural lighting. There was a beautiful park nearby, great restaurants and pastelarias, everything in the city is very walkable from this location.
Cons: The front door was hard to open (the door at street level) - the key stuck a little bit and you had to use a bit of finnesse to get it unlocked. The bathroom with the shower in it didn't have great ventilation, so it smelled a bit damp/musty. The bathroom sinks were a little small, which made for a challenge when washing your face before bed. There was a bit of sound transfer from the unit above us, and from the hallway/stairwell, so if you are sensitive to sound, that might be something to consider. Also, there was no coffee maker in the unit, like a nespresso or other brand with the pre-filled capsules - that would have been a nicer touch.
