Pros: Great apartment, very tidy and modern. Extremely helpful and polite owner and staff. Good location - subway nearby, close to the center The apartment was fully equipped, especially the kitchen

Cons: Nothing - maybe the lack of air conditioning, however we were provided cooling fans and they were enough.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect, there is everything you need in the neighborhood and a metro station 5 minutes away. The apartment is decorated with taste, all the needed equipment is there and the bed is really comfortable. The host was also very nice, he recommended us some nice restaurants. We had a perfect stay there in Porto!

Pros: The apartment looks like in pictures. It is exceptionally clean. The location is great.

Cons: The heat. There is no AC and when is hot outside like it was during our visit, the heat in the bedroom is unbearable.

Good place for short stay in Porto

Pros: Nice apartment close to metro station. For us it was walking distance to the centre. The apartment was very clean. Design is interesting. The host let us in around midnight (flight) for a fee of 25 EUR which was known beforehand and accepted. Kitchen is properly equipped. Bathroom is ok.

Cons: The beds are very soft. If you like such, you will be satisfied. We prefer harder sleeping surface. Sofa is quite uncomfortable. Maybe this is my individual feeling. Windows are not preventing the noise from the street. Street itself is calm, but you hear every car passing.

Pros: Everything was great, it was very clean and the apartment looked the same as in the photos.

Cons: The only things that were not perfect were that it was cold in the apartment and the noise from the street at night

Apartamento confortável e bem localizado, bom para quem não vem de carro.

Pros: A localização é certamente a mais valia deste alojamento. A apenas uma curta caminhada da Praça dos Aliados, consegue-se visitar todo o centro historico do Porto a pé ou usando os transportes publicos.

Cons: O estacionamento é escasso e carissimo na rua. No tempo de parar o carro e descarregar as malas para o apartamento fomos logo multados. Não dá para escapar aos parquimetros (máximo de quatro horas por dia). A alternativa é o silo automóvel um pouco abaixo mas ao mesmo preço da rua. Outro ponto negativo prendeu-se com o equipamento da cozinha, mal estimado e incompleto. Não havia torradeira e a tostadeira estava avariada (prontamente assumido pelo recepcionista). Apesar de nos ter sido prometido uma nova, nunca chegou nas três noites que ali estivemos alojados.
