Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist absolut zentral, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der äußerst freundliche Inhaber, der jederzeit hilfsbereit war und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Apartment ist sehr schlicht gehalten aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Kinderbett, Töpfchen, Hochstuhl, Waschmaschine uvm.). Ein Aufzug ist ebenfalls im Haus vorhanden. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden definitiv jederzeit wiederkommen!

Cons: Die Straße vor dem Haus ist zwar sehr eng zum Fahren und es gibt nur wenige offene Parkplätze, aber das schmälert den positiven Gesamteindruck keineswegs. Zudem gibt es in der Nähe sehr gute und nicht überteuerte Tiefgaragen, die eine praktische Alternative bieten. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass der Zugang zum Gebäude für Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhlfahrer nicht optimal geeignet ist – im Inneren des Hauses ist jedoch wieder alles barrierefrei. Eine kleine Rampe wäre hier toll.

Voyage très agréable je recommande

Pros: Logement très bien situé, on a tout fait a pied avec deux enfants! Alexandre a été très serviable et nous a bien accueilli. Avoir le lave linge est un vrai plus.

Cons: Seul point négatif: le canapé n'est pas confortable. Ce qui est le dossier du canapé est une planche. Nous avons mis une couverture en plus à notre fille dessous pour que ce soit mieux.
