Comfy Luxury Apartment

Overall a good apartment, but air con and attention to details above, would make it excellent!

Pros: Good central location. Spacious apartment with good facilities.

Cons: The apartment could really do with air conditioning! The only way to ventilate is by opening doors onto balconies, not ideal at night or in especially hot weather! Bathrooms could do with some maintenance, leaking shower door etc and deep cleaning of sealant around tiles which had black mould.

Good place to stay with a larger group, nicely furnished plenty of room

Pros: Large apartment with plenty of room and good location, quiet part of city but easy to get into centre.

Cons: Some of fixtures and fittings don’t work (electronic blinds in kitchen, some ceiling lights, locks in bathroom doors).

Stylish and spacious apartment.

Pros: Spacious and stylish apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to town (steep on the return!). Quiet location at night.

Cons: Apartment was great but it said it had a hot tub - it meant a spa bath in the bathroom!

Good appointment, good location, however some issues need addressing and we would not return.

Pros: It was very clean and exactly as described with good facilities and bathrooms.

Cons: It was incredibly hot in the evenings, although fans were provided in reality it is only moving the warm air, we tried leaving patio doors open but too noisy. Communication could be better, not knowing how to access the property before we flew was stressful and took away some of the enjoyment about the trip. Also when reporting a leaking refrigerator (constantly clearing up water) we never ever received a reply. As with checking out and returning keys, no reply. Whilst I realise they may be managing many other properties at the same time the lack of communication is frustrating at times, certainly when compared to other hosts.

Pros: The apartment is large, clean and decorated nicely. Location is good and near to metro station. We had a very comfortable stay for our visit to Porto.

Cons: Minor defects of light bulbs and door handle. Even better if dumble dryer is provided.

percect location for a bigger group of 4 to 6 people in Porto

Pros: perfect size for a group of 4 people like us, near the metro station Trinidade (direct metro to the airport), three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a toilet + an additional toilet as well. huge living room and kitchen. silent place without traffic in front of the appartment.

Cons: Some renovation and mainenance works should be done as we could not close one door and some furnitures are damaged or show signs of wear and tear.

Pros: Przepiękny, komfortowy, przestronny apartament. Wygodny, świetnie wyposażony i czysty jak łza.

PERFEKT

Pros: Zu Fuß innerhalb kürzester Zeit mitten in der Altstadt. Direkt an der metrostation zum Flughafen.

Amplio, elegante y bien situado

Pros: Es muy amplio, nosotros éramos 6 y estuvimos muy cómodos. Dispone de un gran salón con una gran mesa y un sofá grande, 3 habitaciones dobles con camas muy cómodas, 2 baños completos y un aseo. Cocina amplia y con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y de las mejores marcas. Todo está muy limpio. Los muebles son de gran calidad y la decoración está muy cuidada. La calefacción funcionó perfectamente. Muy cerca (2 min) de la estación de metro de Trindade, por donde pasan la mayoría de las líneas de metro y a donde llega el tren del aeropuerto. También se puede ir andando a todos los lugares del centro.

Cons: Pequeñas cosas que nos hubieran hecho la estancia mucho más agradable pero que no han evitado que hayamos disfrutado mucho del apartamento: -Escasa luz en el comedor (la lámpara necesita bombilla de más intensidad) y en los baños. -No había mantel o salva manteles, la mesa era de madera y comer directamente sobre ella es una pena. Falta bayeta en la cocina. -Algunas cosas estropeadas que requieren de mantenimiento y son muy fáciles de arreglar: dispensadores de jabón, puerta armario cocina, pantallas lámparas de una de las habitaciones, cortina de la ducha de uno de los baños.

Pros: Excelente ! Super recomendable... Volveré ! Muy cómodo apartamento. Limpio y muy buena ubicación
