Liiiving in Porto - Uptown Pearl Apartment

Pros: Easy check-in and looked like it was well equipped. The location was OK. Very clean. It is value for money

Cons: We only use the apartments as a base for sleep and shower, so that is the most important thing to us. The mattresses were probably brand new and rock hard. The windows are ineffective at keeping traffic and people noise.

Enjoyable - would stay there again

Pros: Very central location. Clean, spacious apartment. Easy to access - door codes worked well. Plenty of small, individual toiletries were provided (though personally I don't think they are necessary or environmentally friendly) Kitchen was very well equipped - we cooked there most nights. The company that run it were helpful and replied to messages promptly. We we able to leave our bags with them on the day we checked out (late flight) for 5 Euros each.

Cons: The apartment felt a little dark and felt a little cramped when 5 of us were round the dining table. Some dishwasher tablets and a tea towel would have been helpful, as would some basics (oil, salt etc)

Pros outweighs cons , will be happy to return

Pros: The location is good , very near to the heat of the city . It’s newly refurbished , it’s bright and clean . Lots of eateries and shops just 2 minutes away on foot .

Cons: To check in the apartment was not great , the host sent us the entry codes wrongly , not once but twice . Need to make many phones calls and eventually got the right code . Apartment is fine , very clean and equips adequately , but the bathrooms are not great , have no extractor fans , quite steamy after someone has a shower . One shower door cannot be closed properly .

Bastante buena

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó es la zona en la que estaba situado el piso y la rapidez con la que hablamos con el chico. Nos solucionó el problema para poder entrar al piso ya que el código de la puerta no funcionaba. En cuanto lo llamamos no tardó ni 10 minutos en llegar.

Cons: Lo único que no nos gustó fue que la cocina estaba poco equipada, faltaba algunos básicos como aceite, sal, no había papel de horno, ni guante de cocina ( para sacar las cosas del horno). Otra cosa a destacar es que dejan poco gel de ducha para las 6 personas que entran en el piso

Pros: Pulizia, disponibilità dell’host, posizione. Davvero soddisfatta. Appartamento bellissimo e ben arredato

Cons: La porta che dava su strada appena siamo arrivate non si apriva, una volta prese le chiavi fisiche tutto ok

Appartement très propre et très bien situé

Pros: Appartement très propre, bien situé ( proche rue santa Catarina, proche métro et tout les lieux touristiques peuvent se faire à pied. ) Bon accueil au bureau d’enregistrement. Très réactif quand on pose des questions

Cons: Points à améliorer : Salles de bain: manque crochets pour déposer vêtements et serviettes et pose savon dans les douches. Salle de séjour: certaines chaises sont à renforcer car pas stables. Le joint entre la cuisine et la salle de séjour se décolle Cuisine : pas de torchon et quelques dosettes de café seraient appréciées pour l’arrivée

Pros: Sehr sauber. Die Zimmer perfekt für 6 Personen. Perfekte Lage.

Recomendable!

Pros: Muy limpio, acogedor y espacioso. Es un buen apartamento para viajes en grupo.

Cons: Poca iluminación en los lavabos.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, wysoki standard. Bardzo polecam.
