Great location, well equipped and good value for money.

Pros: The location and facilities of this apartment were perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and modern and all the plumbing and appliances worked perfectly.

Cons: The temperature in the apartment was uncomfortably warm even in October. The lack of air conditioning made it necessary to open windows for ventilation however, this caused problems with mosquitoes.

Apartamento muito acochegante, próximo a transportes. Recomendo vivamente!

Pros: Localização bem próximo da estação Campanhã. Comércio diversificado em volta. Bons restaurantes e bares. Mercados próximo. Apartamento como nas fotos e bem equipado!

Cons: Terceiro andar sem elevador. Falta de produtos de limpeza para a cozinha.

Buen lugar.

Pros: La distribución y moderno con todos los servicios. El propietario atento en todo momento y rápido en la contestación cuando alguna duda surgía..

Cons: El suelo...demasiado ruido al caminar. La poca duración de la luz en las escaleras.. El no tener ascensor.

Bel appartement bien situé.

Pros: Propre, facile d'accès, proche de la gare et de la gare routière et du métro Beaucoup de rangements

Cons: Points négatifs, Manque un peu de vaisselle et la batterie de cuisine est à changer. Il manque dans le kit d'arrivée un essuie pour la vaisselle et une lavette.

Pros: El piso era estupendo, la reforma muy reciente y tenía todos los servicios que se necesitan. Muy buenas vistas y un aislamiento de las ventanas genial para apagar el ruido que viene de la calle (que no es poco).

Pros: El apartamento es muy chulo y está muy limpio. En el área hay todos los servicios necesarios si bien justo la calle en la que está la entrada del apartamento no es una calle principal y enfrente hay edificios muy viejos y abandonados en la calle de arriba hay de todo y la estación de tren al lado

Cons: Estuvimos en Agosto y hacía mucho calor dentro del apartamento,dormimos con el ventilador encendido y aún así hacia muchísimo calor,es un ático.
