Rivoli Apartments

Lovely apartment, fantastic and very responsive staff. Would recommend.

Pros: Great location and lots of space for two people. Nice balcony to relax in the morning sun. Staff were very helpful and very understanding when we had to cut short our stay. They were brilliant.

Cons: You are in a city centre so there will always be an element of noise but this is beyond the control of the owner.

Very convenient to main city attractions.

Pros: Apartment was clean. No mirror in bedroom or in one of the bathrooms. No security chain on door into apartment. No towel rail in kitchen. No instructions on how to use cooker or coffee machine. No list of useful telephone numbers e.g local taxi, emergency services.

Value for money

Pros: Very sentral. Close to everything. Plenty of restaurants closeby. Public transportation (bus, metro and train) is just 2mins away.

Cons: The floor is quite old. Making so much noise when you're walking. The elevator is also old and having tiny space.

Excellent stay, lovely location. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Owner of the property was really good. We asked to check in early and they were so accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from pretty much everything we wanted. The kitchen facilities were excellent as we like making our own breakfast in the morning. The actual apartment itself was beautiful, we really liked it.

Cons: The bed wasn't very comfy. We stayed here for 5 nights and ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for the last few nights. This is the only negative we have for this property.

Pros: Great location, everything in the apartment was exactly as we were expecting. Communication with the hosts was very good.

Porto perfection - Perfect Base and amenities, highly recommend!

Pros: We arrived late in the evening post 10pm so it was perfect to be able to enter the property directly via the door code and instructions sent from the host Carolina.

Cons: Nothing - The apartment was the perfect base, it was close (20min walking) to main attractions and on the same street as the town hall. The apartment entrance is located directly beside a cafe and is quiet in the evenings for a good night sleep. It has an iron and hairdryer and the kitchen is well equipped. The property comes with a terrace to enjoy homemade meals/ glass of wine and there are toiletries in both bathrooms already which was a lovely touch. Some of the paint is a little worn throughout and the bedroom and bathroom doors make quite a bit of noise/ can be difficult to open after closing but this didn’t bother us.

Loved it!! Porto is beautiful and the location is second to none. Ideal for a couple or small famiy

Pros: Location is excellent and the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Nothing - it was all excellent!

Pros: Proximity to facilities and tourist venues Walking distance of everything Reasonably spacious Sufficient facilities for self catering Quiet area, restful at night

Cons: . The cramped bathroom .The living room shutters that did not work, so bright sunlight disturbance for sofa bed sleeper in early morning. . A short video on how to get the keys to the apartment would be very useful. . Our apartment was rear facing and the view was not nice

Location location

Pros: Amazing location. Walking distance from everywhere. Modern and clean apartment. Everything one needs. Seamless checkin and very helpful customer support. Right on top of a couple of great cafes for your morning coffee and walking distance from a bakery, a mini mart and a laundromat. Most important if you are with luggage a car can drop you right in front of the building. Despite the negative stuff i am mentioning I would recommend this place

Cons: The bathroom is TINY and not very well designed water goes everywhere. The shower cabin leaks and the overhead shower was not working. I feel a bit more effort should have been put into the bathroom. The fridge was smelling really really bad. The pillows were lumpy and deformed.

Pros: La ubicación es ideal Cerca de todo y en una calle tranquila y con encanto. El apartamentos muy especial. Merece la pena.

Cons: La terraza, que está muy bien, no está muy limpia, y se oye el aire acondicionado del edificio vecino.
