Perfect month in Porto

Pros: Cecilia's apartment is phenomenal! Very well located, with buses five-minute walk (and soon the metro too), several restaurants and shops. Super close to the Jardins do Palacio de Cristal, which is my favourite place in Porto. In addition, Cecilia took care of every single detail in the house, making us feel really at home.

Cons: Everything was great, so we are just grateful for the great place we were able to find!

Pros: The location was great. Clean, secure, easy to go out, next to great spots to visit like Palácio de Cristal.

Cons: For me everything was excepcional. Nothing to complain about.

Pros: I can't praise the host or the flat enough. This is not your typical short term holiday rental - it is a home. I could easily walk in and stay. The attention to detail is 5 star hotel quality. The flat is beautiful with lovely touches, e.g. the flowers and pictures. It's very handy for the old town and the River. Also a great supermarket near by. The host went out of her way to help us. If I did a holiday rental, this is the benchmark I would hope to live up to. If I could give more than 10 I would.

Pros: I have never seen such care for my guests as from Maria Cecilia! Everything is provided: from a full set of dishes to valid cards for public transport. Great location (near bus stops, a wonderful food court with a variety of cuisines - not to be confused with fast food!, a park with gorgeous observation decks). If you come to Porto to take a break, then only to Maria Cecilia!

A Charming Apartment in Porto

Pros: A lovely apartment in the heart of the Massarelos. It is well laid out and very comfortable. While not in the city center, it is a short Bolt ride away and is soon to be serviced by the Metro Pink Line.

Cons: The construction outside (which will be ending soon) negatively impacted traffic.
