Cosy and comfortable

Pros: It’s cosy and very comfortable for couple to travel. It’s walking distance to tourist destinations. Foods and supermarket are just at the right turn. Porto or Portugal has a lot of up and down hills, do mentally prepare to move around with foot. Travelling expenses is reasonable via Uber or Blot.

Cons: Not really dislike the property but more for a traveler to take notes for a better experience: 1) Even they have a soundproof windows, a light sleeper still need to put on ear plug. 2) There is no air conditioner, may not be ideal for a hot summer. We stayed during early autumn and the weather was just fine without turning on the fan. 3) Travellers would need to bring along their toothbrush and toothpaste. We don’t quite like their shampoo and bought ours in a supermarket which was a few minutes after right turn on the road.

Pros: Great location, 5 minutes walking distance from city centre

Cons: The shower head was not super clean. The main door to access the building is closed after 9.00pm. It’s not an issue in itself (for obvious security reasons). But I had to find the right key ‘position’ to open it. It took me more than 5 minutes on the first day after getting there from the airport. It should be an easy fix to be done by the landlord.

Pros: Muy bien situado. Estancia grande y comoda. Moderna. Muchas facilidades.

Cons: Se escucha bastante la calle.

Malgré tout positif car l appartement très mignon et bien placé

Pros: L emplacement,le studio étaient très confortable et pratique

Cons: L ascenseur était en panne 4 jours sur 5 .les fenêtres n étaient pas assez épaisse pour limiter du bruit extérieur .Une femme de ménage est venue le lendemain de notre venue pour faire le Check out ????? Alors que nous avions réservé 5 jours . On a eu peur avec ma fille d entendre quelqu’un essaye de rentrer dans l ‘appartement

Pros: Muy bonito y el salón muy amplio y muy luminoso. Lo mejor, está muy bien localizado.

Cons: Lo peor, tiene muy mala insonorización, las ventanas, hay muchas, son antiguas y no aislan nada. Tenerlo en cuenta las personas de sueño ligero. Pero he estado muy a gusto y a pesar de eso repetiria.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, propre et confortable.

Pros: Propreté, confort, facilité d'accès, arrivée autonome.

Cons: L'isolation... Dormir la nuit a été très compliqué en raison de l'isolation inexistante des fenêtres. Deux nuits où nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois par le simple bruit des voitures qui circulent (rue en pavés) et une nuit avec soirée électro dans le parking situé en face... Et pourtant nous ne sommes pas sensibles...

Pros: La ubicación era ideal. El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo

Cons: Había demasiado ruido tanto de la calle como de los vecinos

Appartamento completo di tutto

Pros: L'appartamento è completo di tutto, cucina con forno e fornelli. Posizione ottima sia a piedi, con metro o con auto (parcheggio a pagamento vicino). Letto confortevole. Tutto davvero ottimo.

Cons: Odore nel bagno, non finestrato, poco piacevole, consiglio di mettere un deodorante per ambienti o una ventola più potente.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta , céntrica y segura. Apartamento muy cómodo .

En general el apartamento es muy acogedor.

Pros: El mobiliario en general, y la cama en particular. El vestidor es muy amplio.

Cons: Las alfombras del vestidor y la cocina.
