Wonderful long weekend

Pros: The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Porto. It is comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful.

Cons: Perhaps the use of the air condition is not enough to heat the apartment. Despite this, the heating was satisfactory.

Really happy with everything

Great centrally located apartment

Pros: The location was fantastic. Very well equipped apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Parking nearby was easy to get to.

Cons: A small point. The shower is a little weak and difficult to use as the head doesn't come out far enough. We could have also done with more than one pillow as they are very soft and I have a neck problem which means I need to keep my head and neck in alignment. Not possible with one soft pillow.

Pros: Easy check-in and checkout. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Spacious, quiet apartment on top floor overlooking the impressive Bolhao Market. Well located for transport links and city centre walks.

Amazing apartment and location with excellent service

Pros: Very spacious, location was fantastic. The staff and service were particularly excellent. They helped us book a local restaurant, communicated very quickly to any questions we had over WhatsApp, researched any questions they didn’t immediately have the answer to. Also messaged when our luggage had been picked up by a delivery service even though we didn’t ask them to. Amazing level of detail and service. Apartment was clean and had great facilities.

Cons: The lift was a bit jerky and noisy. Main entrance was a bit hard to find, would benefit from a sign.
