Breiner 310 Downtown Porto Boutique Apartments

Pros: Amazing location. Slightly worn down over the years but still in very good condition. The street is noisy, so be sure to wear earplugs.

Great stay in Porto

Pros: Very pretty design, comfy bed, everything was clean and well equipped, staff very nice and helpful, good location, shops, bus stops and city centre nearby

Cons: Alltogether it was a brilliant acommodation but if I have to note something- the wifi during the day was not that fast, the bathroom door could not be completely closed and we wished we had some lighter blankets - we visited in Octobre but as we are from Northen Europe it was still pretty hot, we had to leave the window open during the night but early in the morning when traffic starts with the window open it was pretty loud and bright, I am sure if we had asked staff about this they would have helped, but we just kept forgetting 😅 anyways- recommend

Large flat with some minor inconveniences

Pros: Central location, walking distance from many shops and cafes. Large flat though did have too much empty space. Good for bigger groups. I liked the kitchen which had basic kitchen equipment and we could prepare our own meals. Minimalist and modern look.

Cons: It was difficult to manage going in and out, because the property gate was locked with a key and only one set was provided. The intercom didn’t work to unlock the gate, so whoever was home had to go down two floors and outside to open the gate. The sliding door to enter the flat was very heavy to open, though host tried to remedy with a workaround. Flat was mostly clean except for the shower, the tiles were moldy.

Enjoyable

Pros: Good location. Really helpful team - they let us check in early and helped post an important item back to us when we left it behind.

Cons: The kitchen could have had a few more items e.g. cutlery (we may have just not found this though).

Pros: The apartment was in a nice location and had good facilities as mentioned..it was good for the family stay

Pros: Clean, spacious, well equipped and a great location plus dog friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at Breiner 310 Downtown Porto

Great price, good location superb communication

Pros: The best was Emilia's attention, she is working at the building and she is very kind and helpful. It is the first time that I have chosen an apartment and someone is coming to give us the keys. They also have a cleaning room service. The location is good, 15 minutes walking to the city centre but is in a cool neighbourhood with a nice cafeteria for having breakfast. Well isolated.

Cons: Just mention the state of the shower, it needs an in-depth cleaning or small renovation because in some corners there was a bit of mood. Also, the bathroom door didn't close properly.

Great location to maximise your stay in Porto

Pros: Very well equipped and spotlessly clean property in a fantastic location. Staff were very warm and friendly and loved the dogs too. Had everything we needed and more.

Cons: Nothing - it was great. We will definitely come back

Very nice place to stay in Porto for a family.

Pros: Very nice place with modern architecture, roof top terrace and comfortable bed and sofa. Very friendly House keeping Lady Emilia always asked whether we Need more toilet paper, trash bags... Walking distance to City center and the river.

Cons: No air condition, got pretty warm upstairs but it had windows with mosquito fences and pedestal fans. It could have had more kitchen equipment (exactly 4 plates, cups etc, two pots, one pan, no kitchen strainer)

Highly recommended !

Pros: Lovely and modern flat! Emilia and Michel are super hosts and very helpful and warm people. Very clean and perfect location if you want to avoid the noise from the centre.

Cons: Would be lovely to add coffee for the mornings 🙂
