Feel Porto Classic Apartment

Very nice stay! Recommended!

Pros: Spacious apartment, good kitchen, good walking distance to the center, quiet, the staff was very responsive in WhatsApp

Cons: The toaster was broken, they quickly promised to bring a new one (however didn’t arrive during the two days we had left)

We were extremely happy with our stay

Pros: We liked the location and the size of the apartment. Kitchen was nice and contained all necessary items to cook and serve for a family including a nespresso machine. The hosts were easily reachable through phone and whats app. After the checkout I realized that I forgot my keys. When I got back to the apartment after 30 minutes, the house keeping had already knew why I came back and gave me the keys. We were very happy with everything overall.

Cons: Because of cold winter weather it took a while to heat the apartment with the air conditioners. Once the apartment was properly heated we did not have any problems the consecutive days.

Great find amongst the choices available.

Pros: A very well designed and modern apartment in what would be very deceptive from the outside. Access was simple and we were greeted by a lovely lady who got us settled in. And a little gift was left for us. This apartment was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were ideal. The location was close to everything and we walked the majority of the time, used the odd Tuk Tuk, which were great. I left the rental in a nearby multi story car park called Via Catarina Centro. Was €40 for 48 hours. Don’t park on the street overnight! To conclude, the company were a joy to organise the accommodation with. The apartment was excellent and Porto is a beautiful city trip. I would use Free Porto and this apartment on our next visit with friends. Great value for money.

A beautiful apartment in a vibrant part of old Porto with sights and amenities all around.

Pros: The key system was extremely helpful as all of the group had access to it. It was very well explained by our host who met us on our arrival. Inside we had everything we needed for a great few days in Porto. Highly recommended apartment.

Cons: Nothing to dislike about the property.

Beautiful, bright, spacious apartment

Pros: We were able to leave our bags at the apartment before check-in time as we arrived early which was very convenient. The apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was spacious. It was quiet at night and check-in and out was easy. The digital keys were great as we could all have the app on our phones giving great flexibility. Location is near enough to walk to most attractions as long as you are able for some steep roads. We had a marvellous trip. Would recommend this apartment for a family or group of friends.

Cons: The only slight negative is that some of the shelves in the kitchen presses are very high but we had a short trip so it didn't impinge on us.

Pros: Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Es war ruhig. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer und das Personal war immer erreichbar auch nachts um 23:00 Uhr weil der Code nicht ging.

Cons: Die Haustüre war mühsam zu öffnen, da der Code nicht immer funktionierte. Die Steckdosen in einem Zimmer waren ausgerissen. Der Hinterhof war schmuddelig und verwahrlost. Die Seitenstrasse war schmuddlig und unangenehm.

Overall, OK. The biggest advantage of this property is the location.

Pros: Location was excellent - centrally located, directly downtown. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Service was fast and adequate.

Cons: Elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor. We had a baby stroller and several suitcases that we had to carry up and down by hand. Moreover, the AC units were very noisy and every hour or so they were making a roaring sound that woke us up at night. The bathrooms were very cramped, no space and the sinks in two of them were very small, you could barely wash your face.
