LovelyStay - Boavista Cozy Apartment

Pleasant stay in Porto

Pros: Spacious and renovated apartment. Comfy beds and good space, with everything you need. Close to the Casa da Música and well connected to the city centre (5' walk from the subway). Public parking at a cost nearby (although you can park off the paying area and move around using the public transport). Communication with the host was instant and clear.

Cons: Nothing really. There are no curtains but you can roll down the electric blinds a bit if you need to change. Water after the shower comes out, leaving the floor wet; just need to be careful and dry it afterwards with the provided mop (esfregona).

Pros: The location, near to everything and metro 5 minutes away and a very spacious rooms With everything for a nice time in family.

Pros: Location is near the centre. It is easy to explore everything on your feet’s.

Brilliant base to explore.

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Great shower. All the facilities needed and Netflix! The apartment was very spacious. We were allowed to check in early, which was an immense help. The beds were very comfortable. There was a supply of basic items, including toiletries. Great location with a supermarket across the road. It's a great base for seeing Porto.

Cons: The neighbour had a very loud TV that must have been on the adjoining bedroom wall. Luckily I had earplugs.

Super parfait

Pros: Tout etait parfait,propre ,jolie ,grand appartement confortable silencieux avec bon chauffage et Clim , équipement complet pour une famille comme la nôtre et merci au gardien des clés très sympa

Ruim, comfortabel, schoon, en alles op loopafstand.

Pros: Het was een ruim appartement. We verbleven met een gezin en dan is dat prettig. De bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand. De metro om de hoek. Ook was de supermarkt dichtbij en meerdere restaurants.

Çok memnun kaldık.

Pros: Konumu çok güzel bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen yakınında bir çok kafe, restoran ve market bulunuyor.

Comfortable base in Oporto

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The metro is very close, so we easily connected to the old town, the beaches and to bus transfers to other cities. An excellant base for visiting the area.

Cons: We had a problem with taxi pickup from the airport..but, that was Booking's error. The agent from LovelyStay met us at the flat, even though we arrived late.

Overall, a great location and spacious apartment with thoughtful touches, strong air conditioning, and good service, but

Pros: The apartment was incredibly spacious and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The neighborhood is great, close to the metro and city center. The sofa bed opens up, providing an extra sleeping space, and there were plenty of pillows with clean white sheets. Air conditioning worked perfectly in every room (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). The kitchen was well-equipped with enough kitchenware for our needs. Communication with management via WhatsApp was excellent; they were supportive and responsive, though extra requests were sometimes not possible or came with an additional charge. The apartment also felt very welcoming upon arrival, with a complimentary bottle of wine and local biscuits. Side note: there is an elevator in the building, but you need to go up five steps to reach it, which may be worth noting for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Cons: On the downside, the floor looked clean but left socks very dusty after walking around, so a vacuum would have been useful. There was a bad smell in one toilet after flushing and a fishy smell from the kitchen sink. No toiletries like shampoo or body gel were provided. The mattresses were okay but not the most comfortable. It would have been great to have floor mats, as water tends to run out of the shower area.
