Pros: The location was great. Main places of interest were reachable with no need for use of public transport. The flat had all the main appliances needed. The two bathrooms with shower were great. Staff was very supportive with information and quickly responded to any queries.
Cons: A bit too much noises from other flats. The double room with single beds had no windows, and a quite strong smell of food was coming from the below kebab shop only in this room.This smell lasted all night.

A wonderful, comforting space to enjoy a magical vacation!
Pros: The property is, to my observation as an artist - Lena Silva (contemporary, classic oil painting portraiture and figurative), beautiful! Simple and beautifully decorated. I love the light colours around the space, contrasting with the wooden floors. That most marvellous rock wall feature is just Superb! The rooms were reasonably spacious and had quite comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms had its own bathroom with a shower. The sofa bed was very comfortable and spacious. I absolutely loved the windows and its shutters. During the day the natural light through those open windows was just beautiful! The kitchen had all the utensils I needed. So wonderful the personal touch of an instant coffee machine, made my day as a arrived. The location is just magnificent! Transport, main stores and shopping centres at our doorstep.
Cons: It would have been lovely to meet a ‘human face’ customer service. All my stay customer service communication was digital via the app. However, this is my personal opinion it does not affect the excellent quality of the apartment.

Perfect appartement op de perfecte locatie
Pros: Fijn appartement, alles aanwezig als je voor een paar dagen in Porto bent. Locatie echt prima; dichtbij metro en op loopafstand van centrum maar ook bij de restaurants.
Cons: Persoonlijk vond ik de bedden/kussen en dekbed iets minder. Was ook geen extra deken aanwezig, vond het een beetje koud.

Excelente hospitalidad y confort total: calefacción y agua caliente de sobra para el invierno.
Pros: Dejaron como obsequio de bienvenida una botella de vino y una botella de agua. El agua caliente fue más que suficiente para ducharnos cuatro personas a pesar de estar en invierno. Comunicación y respuesta pronta y eficiente del anfitrión. Adicionalmente a los dos aires acondicionados/calefactores (frio/calor), habían dos calefactores portátiles.
Cons: La puerta de la ducha del baño principal no cerraba bien y al bañarse el agua se salía fuera de la misma. Se le solicito una fregonera para secar la ducha la cual fue recibida rápidamente.

Pros: Très bel appartement, lumineux, spacieux .bien équipé. Machine à café appréciable. Hyper bien situé, proche du tram et des sites d'intérêt + commerces ,resaurants Nous voulions deux chambres et deux salles de bain donc pour çà c'était parfait
Cons: Beau parquet un peu bruyant, insonorisation des fenêtres moyenne.. Un peu chiche sur les gestes douche seulement 2 pour 3 personnes et deux nuits et nous avions oublié les notres

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Porto.
Pros: Sehr zentrale Lage, innert 5 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man so braucht im Urlaub. Gerne wieder, Danke!

Apartamento ótimo, localização muito boa. Super aconchegante!
Pros: Foi super fácil pegar as chaves. Por acaso, acabou a bateria do cadeado, mas entrei em contato e mandaram uma pessoa para resolver.
Cons: Tinham algumas baratinhas no apartamento.

Pros: This apartment was in an excellent location. Everything was within walking distance from coffee shops to restaurants, shopping and must see points of interest. Apartment had everything we needed. Very quaint with European charm and modern upgrades
Cons: Check in itself was easy, but we were almost 30 min waiting to enter as cleaning staff was still on site. I had to complain about mugs that were grossly coffee stained and had to be cleaned with a scrubber that was clearly in need of replacement. Despite the initial complaints, hosts were very receptive and did replace items mentioned. We could also hear our upstairs neighbours walking on the floors and hear them talking at times as well.
