Pros: A beautiful apartment with character in a perfect location for anyone holidaying in Porto. Well soundproofed despite being in a popular area, we slept every night without any problems. Shower has great water pressure. Staff (Amanda) really friendly and helpful showing us around apartment, communicated well upon our arrival, and gave great recommendations!
Cons: Only negative is construction work opposite, but that's temporary and the sound-proofing means it is not an issue at all.

A super location for our Porto visit!
Pros: The location was sensational, very close to the river, cafes, bars and restaurants. It had everything we needed and there were a couple of shops nearby to buy supplies. The cafe/bakery at the top of the street makes the best ‘pastel de nata’!
Cons: Accessibility may be an issue for some as the lift only begins from the first floor, and there is a steep staircase to navigate with luggage. This would be a minor issue for most but worth mentioning.

Great weekend break, apartment was central to everything, would highly recommend.
Pros: The location was fantastic, 5 min walk to river, boat trips, restaurants and bars. 5-10 min walk in the opposite direction, key landmarks, shops, more restaurants, small cobbled streets with great atmosphere. 15 minute walk over bridge to Gaia, plenty good food, Port tasting bars, Port cellars with tasting, spoiled for choice. We had a wonderful weekend. Amanda met us at the property to give us the keys and she took time to give us loads of recommendations and show us around. This apartment was terrific, 2 balconies, small but perfectly formed and ideal for sitting with coffee above street level with views of the river. There are works going on in the street but there are works all around Porto, it didn’t bother us and the shutters block out all noise so there’s no issue with sleeping.
Cons: Could have done with a full length mirror and possibly a new sofa as it looks good but it’s not the comfiest. There is a lift but it’s not accessible until after the first flight of stairs.

Boutique apartment in central Porto
Pros: The apartment is very compact but has everything you need and despite being small felt roomy. The location is excellent and very central, close to the Riverside.
Cons: People with mobility issues should note that the elevator only starts at the 1st floor (the flat is on the 2nd) so there are stairs to climb.

Lovely place to stay
Pros: Fabulous apartment and location. Loved it! Host was kind and friendly - gave us lots of ideas of things to do. So close to the Duorno River and within easy reach of everything i.e. shops, restaurants and bars. Only a 30mins drive away from the airport depending on the traffic. Would go back again.
Cons: The 2 flights of steps up to the apartment, however, got used to it in the end.

Wonderful welcome from Martha
Pros: Location was great and once you closed the windows it was so quiet
Cons: The bed was a bit small and on the hard side, but for a short stay no problem
