Good ration cost x benefit

Pros: The appartment is excellent, all staff working properly, clean and in a convenient local.

Cons: nothing to complain

Brandnew modern and spacious apartment

Pros: the apartement is perfect, spacious, modern, brand new and with nice amenities. definitely to be recommended. Etra as well is the parking

Cons: the only very negative point about our stay was the check in......no clear instructions

Pros: Lovely apartment with an attached parking space, lovely and spacious and a 20 minute walk into the historic town centre.

Cons: Check in could be more streamlined for example with a lock box or similar. It was great to be met by someone to hand over the keys and to get some recommendations on local food places, however, we had to park on the street in loading bays as you cannot park into the garage until the host arrives, and on this occasion the host was delayed due to another check in and there were no easy alternatives to park elsewhere so we had to hope for no parking wardens whilst we waited.

Great apartment in a quiet area

Pros: Lovely furnished flat in a very stylish building. The balcony was also nice and quiet. We enjoyed that we had a save parking lot for our car in the garage but we were still able to walk to the city center.

Cons: All great

Pros: The Apartment was very clean and comfortable with modern furniture.

Cons: Only washing machine and oven were not properly cleaned. Otherwise everything was very clean

Pros: It was absolutely great and amazing experience. I never had to stay with any problem. The apartment is fully equipped. It's made by designers. It's very comfy, everything, including how they're all equipped and excellent stay with a beautiful bed. I never sleep like this. So my review is 11 out of 10. The location is great too. It's a couple minutes to the downtown of Porto. Pick that apartment. It will be great for everybody and very cozy.

Fantástico, indico para todos.

Pros: A acomodação me surpreendeu, superou minhas expectativas. Apartamento novo, bem decorado, itens de qualidade, estacionamento interno. Perto de um grande shopping.

Cons: A forma de pegar a chave não me agradou comparado com outros lugares que fiquei, pois tive um atraso no aeroporto, e fui informado que teria que pagar uma taxa caso não chegasse até um determinado horário. Acho que poderiam utilizar mecanismos modernos para entrega da chave, isso evitaria qualquer inconveniente ou custo adicional.

Pros: Todo en general estuvo perfecto. El apartamento muy bonito. Un plus es que tenga plaza de garaje incluida en el precio .El chico que nos entregó las llaves nos explicó todos los detalles muy amablemente. Luego nos envio por WhatsApp lugares donde comer. Gracias
