Pros: Location is ideal especially for shopping (near Majestic cafe) and sightseeing. Store next to the entrance is good to buy food and necessities if needed

Cons: Bathroom: - need ventilation - shower cubicle needs shower curtain to mitigate floor getting wet Noise pollution: - night music can be loud but thankfully it is for short duration. Kitchen - disposal of perishable waste need to be improved. We saw ants when we arrive. This is good for short stay.

Pros: Excellent location, right in the heart of Porto. Suitable for very short stays. Comfortable beds and fantastic amenities. Lift/elevator in the building was helpful for luggages.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a recycling bin and perhaps a TV in the room. A shower curtain in the shower would also be helpful to keep the bathroom dry after a shower.

Great location, useless blinds

Pros: Great location right in the city center. It's modernised and has a lift. Has the essentials for cooking meals. It had air conditioning which was needed as the room got hot easily.

Cons: The blinds are useless and let all the light in. It's hard to sleep like that. You will need an eye mask.

Great location and a lovely stay.

Pros: Great location to see all the sites in Porto, and it was fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The communication about when we can self check in to the property was confusing, and the WiFi wasn’t the best but overall a lovely place.

Pros: La ubicación excelente, con bastante ambiente y mucha gente. El piso es bonito, bastante amplio.

Cons: Las almohadas muy malas (eran mas de decor que de dormir), habían hormigas.

Très bon appartement

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement situé : 500 mètres du métro pour se rendre à l'aéroport, une supérette ouverte très tardivement au rez-de-chaussée, en plein centre ville ce qui évite de prendre le métro. Situé sur la rue commerçante l appartement donne sur la cour et est donc très calme.

Cons: Prévoir un masque si le jour vous réveille.

Melhor localização possível

Pros: Segunda vez que eu fico no Porto Serenity, a localização é perfeita! Chuveiro grande e cama confortável

Cons: Não ter microondas faz uma falta, mas é minha única sugestão

good location for short stays.

Pros: good location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. we spent 9 nights but most only stay 2 or 3. The elevator after climbing the hills all day to see the sights.

Cons: the front door to the street was locked when we arrived. needed a code. But it was never after that so felt a little unsecured. The grocery store on ground level shares access to the building so it was noisy especially when they were receiving stock in the AM. A bit of mold in the shower and not a sharp knife in the kitchen for even cutting bread.
