PS70 Apartments I

Pros: Its a beautiful apartment in a convienet area.The host was really nice, and very quick to respond.

Cons: The shower water got cold really quickly.

Great apartment and location

Pros: Loved this apartment. We were shocked to see how large it was and how close to many restaurants. Also close to the city centre. The apartment has everything you need and the instructions to the property were very clear. I was particularly impressed that we were told the address 24 hours prior.

Pros: The location and the apartment were really good. Spacious and clean. The lift access was also very convenient

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the shower room. The shower drain had a bad smell. Maybe if it was poured with toilet cleaner, it would get rid of the smell

Pros: Limpio, céntrico conectado con muchos medios de transporte, la anfitriona respondía enseguida.

Pros: La cama es muy cómoda y el apartamento es acogedor. La ubicación está bastante bien

Cons: Había humedades en el baño. Las almohadas son muy reguleras para lo cómoda que es la cama, es una pena. Muy impersonal, no hay ningun tipo de contacto con el propietario.

Cons: No primeiro dia tinha um cheiro ruim, como relatado. porem abrimos as janelas e o cheiro saiu.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación.El apartamento es amplio, estaba muy limpio y totalmente equipado.

Cons: El apartamento está bien insonorizado pero la calle tiene mucho ruido de tráfico y de ocio nocturno.

Great location, nice little apartment.

Pros: Bright and airy (with windows open). Very quiet with windows closed. Fantastic location: easy walk to Sao Bento Station, Imperial McD’s, Crystal Palace, the bridge, river and even Vila Nova De Gaia (but uphill coming back from there, we took the funicular or Bolt). Only a few blocks from the bookstore, if you must. Many good restaurants within a few blocks.

Cons: A bit noisy from the bars up the street, but the windows completely shut out the noise when closed. Basic supplies could be better - paper towels please.

Recomendable, pero mejorando la atención

Pros: El apartamento es pequeño, pero lo suficientemente cómodo. Muy bien equipado y con gran luminosidad. Con una ubicación perfecta.

Cons: Llegamos el sábado por la tarde, y escribimos porque la nevera no encendía y tiraba agua. Sabía de antemano que no había atención 24 horas, pero no respondieron hasta el lunes cuando hice el check out. Deberían estar más pendientes como anfitriones para cualquier necesidad al menos el día de llegada.

We loved staying at this apartment and would definitely return there in the future.

Pros: The location was great. Near the main tourist sites yet not overrun with tourists. The apartment is modern and spanking clean.

Cons: I had trouble operating the stove top and wash machine. The full operation instructions should be included for convenience for the client(s) and management.
