Pros: The location was excellent, minutes from Sao Bento station and the Douro River. The street adjacent was pedestrianised and there were many restaurants to choose from. Every meal we had in Porto was excellent and great value.

Wonderful stay & wonderful location!
Pros: Wonderful Stay in Porto! The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to everything, including lots of restaurants and bars. It’s also just a five-minute walk to the main train station, which was very convenient. We slept well every night;the bed is comfortable, and the space is generous, with both a large living room and bedroom. Communication was easy—our host was always responsive and helpful. The building felt very safe and secure, and being on the ground floor was a big plus for us. Thank you for helping make our Porto trip such a success!

a very enjoyable and comfortable stay
Pros: Excellent accommodation with everything you could need, we liked the little extra touches such as coffee pods, blue tooth speaker and plenty of toilet roll! The apartment is in a central location but was very quiet inside and we did not hear noise from the street. There is no view from the apartment we were in but we knew this before we booked so were prepared for this.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, other reviewers have mentioned it felt damp at times and because it had rained very heavily this was the case, however use of the aircon system soon resolved this.

Pros: La ubicación céntrica y el espacio amplio para 4 personas que estábamos.
Cons: La falta de producto básicos (jabón para los platos, jabón de manos…) y el exceso de hormigas.

Posizione centrale e arredo originale
Pros: Posizione centrale, comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti strategici della città. Arredata con gusto, in modo originale, con attenzione a piccoli dettagli da scoprire, come un piccolo carillon che si può suonare ogni volta che si passa vicino. Estremamente reattivo l’host nel rispondere a qualunque richiesta. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie presenti, Comodo il divano letto. L’appartamento è disposto su due piani, collegati con una scala a chiocciola non provvista di protezione in tutti i punti: molto bella ma sconsigliata a chi ha problemi di mobilità o bimbi piccoli.
Cons: L’appartamento si trova al piano terra, di un alto palazzo chiuso tra altri palazzi. Purtroppo, quindi, la luce naturale è scarsa (anche se ben compensata dall’illuminazione interna) e si sente un po’ di umidità.

Amazing place to stay in a beautiful city.
Pros: We loved that the people was I. The center, close to everything. It was a 6 min walk to Sao Bento train station , which was great considering we had to take the train to Lisbon with x2 28in suitcases in tow. It was very clean and had every-we needed, including Tupperware for storing left over food after cooking. We had trouble accessing the key from the lock box. A staff member came and help us, turned out the outer side of the lockbox for key access was blocked, she was able to open it for us.
Cons: When reserving through booking.com I reserved for 3 adult and I child (17yo), it didn’t include the 17yo when filling out the required information for guests ie: passport information.

Super Lage, gut ausgestattet aber muffelig
Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich prima, könnte fast nicht besser sein. Der Zugang und die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat zwei saubere Badezimmer.
Cons: Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war sehr hoch und es hat daher immer etwas gemuffelt. Ausserdem ist es sehr dunkel, da durch die Fenster vom Innenhof nur wenig Licht kommt. Das Sofabett ist für zwei Personen ziemlich klein und das Doppelbett hatte leider nur eine Decke.

Pros: Appartement lag goed in het centrum en alles was goed op loop afstand vanaf daar.
Cons: Het stinkt in de gang naar riool, niet een prettige binnenkomst van je appartement.
