Nice location, room with loft.
Pros: quiet and convenient location. We specifically picked a location that wasn't in the center of town so there wouldn't be too much noise
Cons: The stairs up to the loft were a bit sketchy. I got up in the night and had to be VERY careful navigating the stairs. Not super safe.

Loved it and would recommend.
Pros: Bernardo, our contact, was very helpful and his communication with us was very good. He was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived and explained everything. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, modern with lovely decor, and in a secure & safe environment and area. The apartment was very close to many restaurants, bars & cafes. It was a 10 minute walk to the riverside and not much further to many other attractions.
Cons: We were staying for 4 nights but were supplied with 1 bath and 1 hand towel each. We requested extra towels, at extra cost, but it never happened. There was a washing machine and one pod provided.

Great spot, quiet and clean
Pros: We were contacted in the booking chat, where we received a direct whatsapp contact to the person, that will be giving us the keys. The responsible person was very friendly, gave me a quick tour of the apartment building, told me where to leave keys when checking out and that's all. The apartment: 5/5 what you see is what you get, I wasn't surprised at all because the pictures are really on point. All very clean. The couch bed was really big, 2 people would fit comfortably, 3 people would be a tight fit but still enough. The room temperature was controlled by the ventilation system, so upper floor was definitely hotter and the lower floor was comfortable. Utensils: they had everything we needed, lots of extra plates and glasses. The surrounding: it was a chill neighbourhood, I enjoyed having public transport in walkable distance but when we had time, it was like 15 minutes walk to Batalha/Sao Bento, so right into the city centre.
Cons: At night, my parents slept soundly, but I was a bit hyperaware of the green light sound on the crosswalk. Its not the apartments fault, but city's that they have it so loud. I would prefer to have bit more dish soap at the sink as I was afraid we were going to run out of it.

Perfect beautiful place
Pros: The place is amazing, perfectly located, in a quiet place but close to everything. Many bars and restaurants at 5 min walking. We loved the decoration and the comfort of the apartment
Cons: They didn’t let us leave the luggage for couple of hours

Pros: Persönliche Übergabe des Schlüssels. Tolle Lage, dennoch ruhig. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Cons: Es gab weder Salz noch Pfeffer in der sonst tollen Küche, und nur ein Weinglas, sonst reichlich Geschirr.

Lugar inmejorable.
Pros: El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario para estar más que cómodo, se encontraba impecable y la localización no podría ser mejor, está cerca de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad y no está como tal en una calle principal así que el ruido no está problema.

Cons: Plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas, le grille-pain et autres détails comme le lave-vaisselle .

Pros: Appartement très propre, conforme aux photos Confortable, environnement calme, spacieux et super bien équipé pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison deco sympa , vraiment le top pour passer un bon séjour !
Cons: Pas de possibilité de stocker les bagages car pas de réception , le contact se fait via whatsapp avec la personne qui fait le check-in Lave vaisselle présent mais HS grille pain HS également

Pros: Apartamento con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar una estancia genial ,cerca del centro pero en zona tranquila. Muy moderno y nuevo.
Cons: Que para ir al baño teníamos que bajar las escaleras a la parte del salón cocina, pero fue el único inconveniente por lo demás todo fantástico
