Pros: Very good location, quiet but you could feel a bit imprisoned as the \
Cons: We booked for one week and we were only given 2 towels!!!! No staff to ask for more, no washing machine to clean them. At the end we got a message to say that we have to clean he place, wash the dishes and dispose of the rubbish. A cheeky ask when you pay that price We hadn't used the kitchen so no big problem but cheeky anyhow..

EXCELENTE CUSTO BENEFÍCIO
Pros: Apartamentos novos, limpos, super completos, cama e sofá cama confortáveis, chuveiro excelente!! Localização é ótima, próximo a parte alta da Ribeira. Prédio todo recém reformado, tem elevador. Além disso, estação de metrô bem próxima, além de estação de bike e patinetes elétricos. Recomendo muito.
Cons: Não bem um problema, mas a noite a rua era bem escura, nos dava uma sensação de insegurança, mas sempre havia gente circulando, não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema durante os dias que passamos.

Pros: Very nice space with great facilities. Perfect for a longer stay. Everything was perfect with the host.
Cons: Although we loved the location, we didn't quite feel safe. The street is a bit shady but maybe is to be expected when you are next to Sao Bento station and so central.

Pros: The location was exceptional!! So close to everything and such a nice neighborhood too. The facilities were new and clean, and the apartment had everything needed for comfort stay. Also special mention for hosts care and prepared list recommended places to eat, visit and have fun. Me and my friends really enjoyed our time there, if we will be back to Porto, will definitely consider this place again.
Cons: The noice cancelation was really poor especially to the next apartment, we couldn’t sleep well for two nights because of the neighbors being loud. But overall no complaints

Cons: J'ai moins apprécié la sonorité d'un appartement à un autre. On entendait tout de l'autre appartement (les gens parler, ...)

Komfortowy apartament kilka kroków od dworca i katedry
Pros: Czysty, nowoczesny apartament 3 kroki od Katedry, jednak przy bocznej uliczce. Świetna lokalizacja, komfortowo, nowocześnie urządzona kamienica (windy). Apartament przestronny (sypialnia, salon z aneksem kuchennym, łazienka), klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Jest pralka, zmywarka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Łóżka wygodne, szerokie. Łatwy odbiór i zdanie kluczy.
Cons: Ściany między apartamentami są dość cienkie - słychać rozmowy i odgłosy z łazienki z sąsiedniego mieszkania. Przydałyby się też wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience.

Good place to stay if you , don’t need a privacy and ok to carry bags on stairs
Pros: Location, Cleanliness, Management . The bad Cattle was changed within an hour
Cons: 1.lack of privacy, the apt next door was separated by interior door with holes covered by paper napkins, like they inside in a separate bedroom. 2.bad pillows 3. Lock of washer 4. No elevator to upper floor , still needs to carry heavy luggage around 24 steps up …
