Amazing, wonderful city and grateful for Ricardo's help.
Pros: Ricardo the host went above and beyond, he was fantastic, knowledgable and helpful. The property was in a great location, and had everything we needed.
Cons: An extra set of keys would have improved our ease of stay, however we did not ask for an extra set.

A very pleasant stay that I can wholeheartedly recommend.
Pros: Ricardo was very helpful in finding spots to visit and organizing our stay. He has different lists of sights and recommended restaurants in QR-Code Format and was willing to exchange via WhatsApp also, where he responded quickly and helped where he could. The apartment's location is very practical, ca. 150m from metro (Campo 24 Agosto), supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc. away. You can walk to Bolhao (ca. 800m, 10min). The apartment is near the city centre yet a bit outside of it. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom clean and functional. A separate toilet, patio and small living room with sofa, router/free Wi-Fi and TV is available, too.
Cons: One of the 2 bedrooms is oriented towards the main street which is quite noisy, even during the night. We had to close the roller shutters, windows and the inner blinds during the nights. The other bedroom towards the patio was quieter and cooler.

Pros: This property is the best value for money. It is very comfortable, super clean, and has everything that we needed, even the smallest details (from towels, to kitchen supplies, to the traditional Portuguese sweets as a welcome gift). We loved the coffee corner and the smoking area outside. On top of that, the communication with Ricardo was very smooth, you get a great host and an amazing guide, as he gave us a lot of tips when visiting Porto.

Welcoming, laid back and really relaxing.
Pros: The location was perfect, and everyday we had a great and inexpensive breakfast right near the metro station. There is also a great boulangerie 1 minute away going towards the metro. The accommodation also provided tea and coffee.
Cons: As I said to Ricardo it's a lovely apartment.Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Maybe make the small courtyard a bit more attractive for people who might spend more time in and sit outside.

Great experience and a very pleasant place to stay!
Pros: The apartment is on street level which was great for! Very clean with all the necessary tools and kitchen very well equipped, maintained and very clean! Centrally located ! The host, Richard was very helpful at check in and very attentive to our needs throughout our entire stay.
Cons: From booking.com it said 2 bathrooms but it was 1 1/2 baths! This is a problem within the booking.com computer platform ,

Pros: ottima posizione con tutti i servizi vicini e ad un passo dalla metro. La posizione consente inoltre di raggiungere anche a piedi il centro storico e le attrazioni piu' importanti. L'appartamento e' curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario e' molto disponibile ed al check in fornisce importanti informazioni per il soggiorno.

Séjour très agréable
Pros: L'accueil par le propriétaire a été très attentionné, il a donné beaucoup de renseignements et de bonnes adresses pour que nous passions un séjour agréable en famille. Les 2 chambres sont spacieuses et propres et le canapé lit est confortable. Nous avons oublié un sac lors de notre séjour et notre hôte a été très gentil et réactif pour nous l'envoyer très rapidement. Je conseille vivement
