Merc Porto Ribeira's Up place

Great location.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Nice looking apartment. There is an elevator! Fairly quiet. Great location in the river area. Nice staff.

Cons: Didn’t like paying 10€ per bag to store for a few hours. Beware of that! And the office where the storage is a bit out of the way.

Pros: Location was good, it was clean and very nice. Comfy beds.

Cons: The ceiling fan in the bedroom is not working, I would look into getting that fixed.

Cosy apartment in a good location

Pros: Good internet/ wifi fo working Location - central oriented, near to everywhere (groassery, metro and train station, restaurants, etc) Well maintained and equipped, we had everything that we may need in the apartment. Easy check in, check out.

Cons: We like harder mattresses so the soft ones were for us uncomfortable , but after busy days, we slept at the end well. No welcome bottle :-( - see photos :-)))))))) A little bit stressfull proces, to get an invoice on time.

friendly accessable owners/managers via text, perfect location and good facilities

Pros: Eva and Daniela were very helpful and quick to reply via chat/text. Apartment standard and location were excellent. I liked the freedom of being able to check in automatically with secure keybox and door code. Bed was really comfortable, apartment nicely decorated with good facilities

Cons: would have benefitted from having a kettle as there was only a coffee pod machine (still made good coffee though!). Lifts were a little small and slow but worked well. Not a problem for us and good that there were lifts as we were on the 6th floor. Key was missing from the safety deposit box, but I dont think this was the fault of the owners (my guess is the last guest took them by accident). Might be worth having just a safe with security code and no key (but I am being picky - everything was really excellent!)

Lovely appartment in a great location!

Pros: The appartment was very central and very homely! Daniela and Eva were very easy to reach and were extremely helpful from before we got there until we left! Daniela you are worth your weight in gold!

Cons: Just a few more clothes hangers would be helpful.

Pros: Vše bylo dokonalé, velmi příjemný byt, krásný design, zcela v centru, minutku od řeky a večerních hudebníků, vše v dosahu - kultura, historie, umění, trhy, obchody, kavarny i jidlo. Komunikace zcela stoprocentní, cena odpovídající. Moc spokojeni, určitě se vrátíme i kvůli Portu - úžasné místo.

Bijzonder leuk appartement in het hart van de stad

Pros: Leuke ruimte op een plek met mooi uitzicht over de daken. Prima bedden en heerlijk ruime badkamer. Je hoort er niets van de stad.

Cons: We misten een vergrootspiegel in de badkamer

Pros: Room was large and clean. Great location with markets and restaurants as the door steps. It has an elevator and easy access. Check in was easy. I’d stay again.

Ótima escolha para a cidade do Porto

Pros: Localização excelente. Apartamento bonito, reformado, espaçoso, limpo, agradável e bem equipado. Vidros duplos nas janelas proporcionam ótimo isolamento acústico da rua (há obra de metro próximo). Atendimento da equipe atencioso, competente e simpático.

Cons: Em nossa chegada, no primeiro banho, a temperatura da água da ducha do banheiro estava excessivamente quente e não conseguíamos ajustá-la, causando transtornos no primeiro banho. Contatamos a anfitriã que identificou o que estava ocorrendo e orientou-me a abaixar a temperatura do aquecedor. Foi um pequeno problema que não interferiu significativamente em nossa estadia que foi ótima em todos aspectos. Como ponto de melhoria citaria a necessidade de ar-condicionado para o segundo quarto que não tem janelas para o exterior e a ventilação é insuficiente. Felizmente a temperatura estava baixa e somente 1 hóspede dormiu no segundo quarto e esse aspecto não se tornou um problema.
