Pretty Good
Pros: Close to metro, city centre is downhill from the property so not bad to walk from. Ample clothes hangers, the mini port samples were a welcome addition. Overall clean and comfy
Cons: Mostly minor issues: Shower platform isn't angled to drain well and the glass partition is quite narrow so it's easy to get the rest of the bathroom wet. Bathroom ceiling is a bit unattractive: too high to dust easily and has a stain from water damage. Toilet paper was weirdly loosely rolled (but definitely new) with the inner tube being oddly large in diameter, resulting in it not sitting in the holder in a very functional manner. Would've liked somewhere to hang a towel for drying hands by the sink in the washroom, an easier to operate garbage bin (and not having to take it out ourselves), and a bedside table for both sides of the bed

Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y tranquilo en buena zona
Pros: Limpio, con todo lo necesario, no muy grande pero suficiente y cómodo. Muy tranquilo y en muy buena zona.
Cons: Por poner algún “pero”, las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas.

Pros: Добра локация, особено ако пристигате с кола. Периферен център, което дава предимството да се намери по-лесно място за паркиране. Използвахме възможностите на паркоместата по самата улица. Разходка от 20-25 минути отвежда до централната част и реката, алеята с ресторантите. Предимство е че има климатик, ако пътувате в летните месеци, ще бъдете щастливи с този детайл. 😀

Logement bien équipé, propre joliment décoré, co fortable, calme et bien situé dans Porto
Pros: La situation géographique et la proximité dumetro. L accueil tres sympathique alors qu on ne parlait pas la même langue du deteneur des clés à l arrivée (magasin à côté). Les explications claires pour ouvrir l appartement. Le confort du lit. Le nécessaire de toilette et les doses café mis à disposition

Pros: Great location, one train ride from the airport and walking distance from the tourist parts of the city. Right next to the station and a big road, but the apartment itself is on the inward facing side of the building, so it's quiet. The apartment is relatively small, but the space is used well and it's nicely furnished. The AC works well and the washing machine also has a dryer function, albeit not a very good one.
Cons: The bathroom has very poor ventilation and there are some signs of mold around the shower. There are also some simple things that are lacking, e.g. a hook to hang hand towels near the sink, a basket for soap and shampoo in the shower, soap in the kitchenette part, etc. The check-in process itself also wasn't that great, the building itself was locked and I had to borrow the key for it from a nearby completely unrelated business...

Very comfortable apartment with everything you might need
Pros: Very comfy apartment, good location near the station. Just 10 minutes walking from city center. Quiet place. very attentive host, ready to help with all questions.
Cons: Renovation work in the courtyard of a neighboring building, which the apartment windows overlook, starts very early (8.00 am) so be aware of this. But no garantee you wouldn't experience this in another place, because there're everywhere in the city a lot of repair works hapening now.

Výborná lokalita blízko centra, metro přímo na letiště, kavárny a restaurace okolo. Doporučuji!
Pros: Příjemné pohodlné ubytování na velmi dobrém místě, u stanice metra Trindade. Po centru a okolí jsme se pohybovali pěšky, vše bylo v dosahu. Byt byl dobře zařízen, čistý a tichý. Majitelka s námi komunikovala přes Whatsapp, její pokyny a rady byly jasné a návodné.
Cons: Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni, neshledali jsme nic negativního.
