Overall very good, clean, modern, great service and perfect location

Pros: The size of the apartment was spacious and the hospitality from the owners was great. They will whatsapp you and on this occasion they met us at the apartment to discuss how everything works and answered any of our questions. We had a cleaner come on day 5 of our stay to freshen the apartment up. Very clean and modern. They lift to the first floor was necessary as we had a baby wagon. We paid €10 for a baby cot, bath tub and a high chair. These were set up before we arrived and made our stay much easier with the kids

Cons: As we had 2 babies the concrete floors are not suitable for babies that have started walking. I would also recommend the put a gate in the garden, we kept the door locked as we had kids

Pros: For me, this is truly the best apartment in Porto! I’m staying here for the third time already, and I’ll be happy to return again. A huge thank you to Rui for the wonderful hospitality — I’m always glad to see him, and this apartment feels like home to me ❤️There are no drawbacks, everything is well thought out. The location is perfect too, close to everything you might need.

Pros: Gostamos muito da simpatia do Sr Rui que fez questão de nos mostrar o apartamento e certificar que gostávamos! Tem máquina de loiça, máquina de roupa, aspirador, tábua de engomar!!! A cozinha super bem equipada e com aquecimento por toda a parte Super bem insonorizado e aconchegante Também tem uma vista muito bonita na sala

Pros: Obiekt świeżo po remoncie , bardzo przytulne i przestronne mieszkanko

Cons: Na balkonie zapach stęchlizny, nie ma możliwości żeby tam przebywać W salonie przydałyby się zasłony/ rolety żeby komfort snu był lepszy .

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, confortevole, pulito. Posizione perfetta e consigliata. Rui ci ha accolto e fornito preziose indicazioni

Cons: Il divano letto non comodissimo. Non è all'altezza di tutto il resto

Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien situé

Pros: La gentillesse de l'hôte, la situation géographique, l'appartement spacieux, lumineux et moderne. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Cons: Le bruit des travaux dans l'immeuble et l'immeuble à côté a été très dérangeant, y compris le week-end. Notre bébé n'a pas pu dormir correctement. Des petites bricoles : la lumière de la salle de bain clignote en permanence, le papier peint est legerement décollé dans la chambre (mais l'hôte envisage de le remplacer). La présence d'une crèche en bas de l'immeuble, on n'ouvrait pas souvent la fenêtre et cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé.

APPARTAMENTO STUPENDO, CURATO NEI MINIMI DETTAGLI, PULITISSIMO E PROVVISTO DI TUTTO IL NECESSARIO

Pros: L'appartamento è stupendo!Spazioso, di design, pulitissimo, provvisto di qualsiasi elettrodomestico o elemento necessario: seggiolino pappa ad esempio, ferro da stiro con asse da stiro, aspirapolvere; il tutto perfettamente riposto in appositi armadi a muro a scomparsa. Rui è stato gentilissimo ad accoglierci alle 22:30 ed a raccontarci con passione la città dandoci utili consigli. Se siete fortunati troverete parcheggio lungo la via, diversamente a pochi m dalla casa c'è un parcheggio a pagamento molto comodo (15 Euro per 24 ore). Impossibile non trovarsi bene e non apprezzare la mano di un geniale architetto che ha davvero pensato a tutto nei minimi dettagli; i cuscini profumano di bucato appena fatto e la casa è silenziosissima. L'ascensore condominiale, di nuova generazione, vi porterà direttamente al piano della casa. Esperienza piacevolissima, bravi!!!
