LovelyStay - Deluxe 2BR Duplex with Splendid View

Pros: Place was fantastic, area was very good. Only thing I had a slight problem with was trying to get a early check in other than that my stay was perfekt

Great location. Lovely apartment

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect. Great coffee shop close by. The river is super close by. The kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of pans, cooking utensils. Would be a really nice touch if they provided salt/pepper and cooking oil. The upstairs seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Even though we had a few problems the team at Lovely Stay were very accommodating and where possible quick to fix the issues.

Cons: I understand it’s a safety feature, but all the smoke detectors flash constantly a green light….. drove us all mad when trying to get to sleep at night. The heating was almost impossible to get right. It was either freezing or like being on the sun. High ceilings and old buildings I guess this is just how it is. There was road works from 7am until 9pm everyday. Which we weren’t told about, pretty loud also. Would have been good to have a heads up. The bathroom radiators didn’t work, and if you didn’t set the heat up in the rest of the apartment we had cold wet towels. However after speaking to lovely stay, they did send extra towels. There’s no door number on the street. So quite tricky to find. A door number would be a great idea! The WiFi broke , we had to have someone out three times to attempt to fix. In the end they got us a temporary router which was great. The draws in the master bedroom were full of bedding/pillows, and as there’s no wardrobe I had to empty them out so we could store our clothes.

Pros: The apartment is very lovely, just as described, in the heart of Porto.

Cons: Unfortunately there is 24/7 construction going on all around the city center and if you’re sensitive to noise you may have trouble sleeping.

A nice apartment, and an enjoyable stay.

Pros: The apartment is not far from the Porto railway station and the metro station. So the traffic is convenient. Also it is close to the river, the big bridge and some of the visiting sights.

Cons: A metro construction seems on the way around the property. So it is a bit difficult to access the property, but there is no noise during the night, so far as we feel.

Pros: We loved the layout for multiple people, we had tons of space and nice views from the apartment. It had everything we needed inside and we were right by everywhere we would want to go.

Cons: Unfortunately while we were there, there was construction which caused noise and made it hard to access. We know this is temporary so we made do with what it was!

Sin duda volveríamos

Pros: Muy luminoso, bien situado, muy limpio, todo impecable. Es un plus que tenga dos baños. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada.

Pros: Central part of the city and surrounding lots of great places in Porto

Cons: Construction outside the building not nice because it kept us up at times

Pros: Appartement spacieux et confortable. Situation idéale pour visiter Porto. Procédure d'entrée et sortie faciles avec personnel sympathique.

Cons: Station de métro en construction juste en bas de l'immeuble donc du bruit jour et nuit comme précisé sur l'annonce.
