Swimming Pool Luxury House 2

Pros: Very easy entry even when we arrived late at night. The apartment was clean and had everything that we wanted. Firm but comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and air conditioning was a bonus. The pool area was beautiful and clean, although the water was very cold, but it was the end of September so i can't complain. Very close to bars and restaurants, which were very reasonable in price. All in all it was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday.

Cons: There is a bar downstairs where everyone stands on the street to drink. The bar doesn't shut until 2am and it was noisy. The shutters were great at keeping out a lot of the noise but we could still hear the hustle & bustle. This only bothered us after arriving very late on our first night. It didn't bother us on subsequent nights as we joined them.

Great modern appartment in a lively part of town.

Pros: Property was in a quirky part of town close to the centre and surrounded by cafes etc.

Cons: A beautiful apartment sent on a busy lane. It was lively and on one of the nights was busy with people singing and dancing. Also, there were no hooks within the appartment to hang wet shower towels. The sun beds outside at the pool area were in need of replacement.

Pros: Great location. Nice to have a swimming pool and outside area. Clean. Lovely apartment. I would e happy to return .

Cons: The only problem we came against is that there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. Also it would be useful if there was a clothes horse in order to dry our clothes. We lost a t towel by hanging it on the window opening. However we did purchase a replacement.

Ótima estadia

Pros: Impecável, tudo perfeito estou fascinado com os detalhes da anfitriã para nos agradar, cadeirinhas de piscina o cheiro dos lençóis perfeito.

Pros: Die Lage war beinahe perfekt. Tatsächlich befinden sich sowohl zahlreiche Lokale, als auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte in Fußnähe. Auch die nächste U-Bahn Station ist recht nahe. Zu Fuß ist man auch relativ schnell im historischen Zentrum. Sehr gut hat uns die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und natürlich der kleine, aber feine, Pool gefallen.

Cons: Als einzigen Kritikpunkt würde ich die extreme Lautstärke während der Nacht (meistens bis nach 4.00 Uhr morgens) nennen. Das ist der Nachteil der zahlreichen Lokale in der Umgebung. So etwas wie Nachtruhe ab 22.00 Uhr in Gastgärten scheint es in Portugal(oder Spanien und Italien) leider nicht zu geben, bzw. falls doch, dann wird sie nicht durchgesetzt. Unsere Wohnung war strassenseitig, was während der Nacht definitiv ein Nachteil war. Das Beste was man in so einem Fall tun kann, ist sich anzupassen und mitzufeiern. Leider ist die Gegend in der Nacht komplett verwandelt, was die Atmosphäre betrifft, irgendwie habe ich mich da nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt, das könnte aber auch an meinem Alter liegen, vielleicht sehen das Studenten in ihren 20ern entspannter...

Sehr schön

Pros: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung...sehr nett fanden wir auch, dass ein paar Kaffeekaspseln da waren. Sowie ein Flasche Spumante.Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder...lg

Cons: Die Sonnenliegen waren nicht in einem guten Zustand

Pros: Reliable Internet (WI-FI) and the TV offers multiple entertainment channels, including radio station channels.

Cons: ■The bed is not confortable. It generates abnormal noise. ■Faced with an incident to locate the right room after my arrival. I did the check-in online. Rooms or apartments at this facility are not numbered and it was a challenge to locate my reserved rooom. I had to rely on the color of the tile, which was placed above or near the door. Spent a lot of time to attempt to unlock the room with a tile at the door at ground floor, which was not the right room. Attempted to call the host with no answer. Carefully, pay attention on the instructions shared by the host/facility manager and ask her more details if they are deemed necessary to avoid delay accessing the room.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé proche du centre ville de Porto avec toutes les commodités Décoré avec goût il est juste magnifique. La piscine extérieur avec transats et parasols est un plus vraiment appréciable après les visites quotidiennes Merci à la propriétaire Ana pour ses délicates attentions à notre arrivée: bouteille de vin pétillant petits biscuits…
