Bloom House by Sweet Porto

Pros: Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and extremely clean, with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect: metro, shops, cafés and restaurants are all just around the corner, and it’s very close to all the main attractions of the city, which made exploring Porto so easy and enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were wonderful – incredibly kind, friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference and made our stay even more special. I would 100% stay here again and, without any doubt, if I come back to Porto, this will be my first choice. Highly recommended!

Great little flat ideally situated

Pros: Great location, the staff was very welcoming and helpful and there was a little bottle of port waiting for me in the flat ! Flat itself was spacious, comfortable and warm. Everything you need in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom (dryer). This was a last minute check-in on New Years Eve so I appreciated it all even more !

Cons: Bed was too soft for my liking - but that's a personal preference thing and I'm sure it would please most people. And the place wasn't very well insonorised, could hear the neighbours a lot. It's all small things but priced like that, you nitpick a bit more !

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable and smelt amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is located on a vibrant walking street and was a good base for exploring Porto. I travelled with my sister who uses a wheelchair and we were provided with an accessible apartment upon request.

Pros: The hotel is excellent in every respect – location, comfort and, above all, guest service. The staff are helpful in all areas, friendly and respond quickly to all needs – we would particularly like to thank Raquel, who perfectly coordinated the organisation of our trip to the Douro Valley – from one day to the next. It has been a long time since we felt so welcome and comfortable in a hotel. We definitely recommend staying at Bloom House by Sweet Porto. Close to everything with a lovely atmosphere.

I will recommend this place to all my friends that are planning to visit Porto .

Pros: Fabulous location, very comfortable, fantastic staff .lots of places to eat and drink nearby, really really lovely.

Pros: The location was great. The rooms spacious, the kitchen fully staffed and we got an apartment facing the inner garden, so no noise at all

Pros: Clean, comfortable and functional. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Windows have excellent sound-proofing.

Cons: Not enough coffee for the duration of my stay

Pros: Great location, clean, spacious little apartment that even had some English tv channels ( a bonus if you have been travelling for weeks). The staff were very helpful with any questions and helping us to book bus tickets etc
