Fantastic, great apartment, clean, tidy, great facilities. Brilliant host, so helpful

Pros: Gustav met me at the property. He was absolutely brilliant with all communication about the property, recommendations about things to see and do, places to eat, everything. You couldn't ask for a more helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful host. The apartment was extremely well kept and looked after. Brilliantly clean. Good location, a short stroll into the old town centre, and very quiet. Would definitely book again.

Pros: The property has easy access to Porto attractions. The bed was very comfortable with lovely bed linen. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well kitted out.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Close to the river, public transport, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Walking distance to the historical centre of Porto. Gustavo, our host was extremely helpful with information about what to see and do and how to use the public transport system.

Conveniently situated

Pros: Very convenient location. Walking distance from town centre. Public transport nearby (bus) that will take you directly to the centre of Porto or beaches (don't take the electric trams..... very crowded, tourist trap and ridiculously expensive). Supermarket nearby. Free parking nearby (might be tricky to find a space during the day, but early morning and evening no problem). Enthousiastic and helpful host who responds quickly via WhatsApp. Apartment is well equipped, very clean and has a small patio in the back to sit outside.

Cons: We encountered a strong smell (sewer like) in the hallway of the building leading to the apartment. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, but feels like a basement flat.......might feel claustrofobic to some. Noises from neighbours above very loud. Humidity is a problem and the two de-humidifiers installed can not deal with the issue. Towels will not dry easily, clothes and paperwork will feel damp after a few days for example. Continuous ventilation required difficult, because doors/windows open directly on street level and cannot be kept open for long for security reasons. Also sense that anyone can enter the apartment at will and at any time when doors are open. Very little privacy with open doors/ shutters. Ventilation from the rear (patio) insufficient. When gone for the day or when asleep humidity builds up again and back to square one.

Pros: Easy walking distance to old town. The host was excellent with instructions and directions. Supermarket and a bar nearby

Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Pros: Nice apartment, great host, he prepared all the info we have needed for the city.. POI, restaurants, markets.. Everything. Highly recommend!!

Great location, great value for money. Perfect spot for Porto sightseeing.

Pros: Gustavo was super helpful and caring. The apartment is perfectly located (we walked on foot everywhere) and well equipped.

Cons: The patio could have had a better view.

Pros: El anfitrión Gustavo nos informó de todo en todo momento, estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nos dio información turística. La zona es muy tranquila, el apartamento muy bonito y con todas las comodidades. Una estancia perfecta en un lugar precioso, muchas gracias por todo Gustavo!! Volveremos!!!

Top appartement met behulpzame host, een aanrader!

Pros: Mooi appartement met echt alles aanwezig en een hele behulpzame host.

Cons: Enige minpuntje was de douche die erg laag stond.

Pros: Tras pasar un verdadero desastre con las líneas de avión Portuguesas, nos encontramos con hospitalidad y ayuda por parte anfitrión que nos hizo sentir como de la familia. El lugar tiene el maravilloso encanto que muestran las imágenes, no decepciona, la realidad supera.

Cons: Para un viaje en pareja, no puedo escribir nada que no me gustara, sinceramente gracias por todo.
