nice big apartment in Porto

Pros: comfortable apartment, not so close to the city centre but very well connected with public transport, and also not that far away (15 min. walk to the city hall). Well equipped and very comfortable beds. there is a complete bathroom and two smaller ones so it seems nice for a family stay.

Cons: The access to the parking may seem quite narrow if your car is wide. if you plan on cooking a lot in the property, mind that the space is quite small. Also, we visited the city in December and it was difficult to warm up the whole space since there are a few electric heaters plus an a/c system on the top floor. Still, our stay was very comfortable and we would recommend the property.

Pros: I’m just so grateful and shocked of how efficient it is. We checked in on Saturday and reported an issue of the cooker at around 7pm, and after some talking they literally sent 2 technicians to fix it at 10:45 pm, which is so great and beyond expectations. Definitely recommended!

Cons: Noise does exist since it’s literally on the street, you can hear the noise especially in the bedroom upstairs.

Laborious check in, nice (but noisy) apartment.

Pros: Apartment is big and nice only a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Cons: - Very noisy, bring your earplugs - Check in was laborious: we were asked to meet them at their office downtown, quite far away from the apartment. We asked for them to meet us by the apartment but the hour they suggested didn't work for us so we ended up walking all the way with our luggage. - The host came in the apartment with their own key while we were in the shower to supposedly pick up the key that we had agreed to leave in the key box beforehand - We got text messages from the host that were meant for other guests, which was a bit weird - No air conditionning but we didn't need it

Pros: C'est un endroit spatieux, avec des couettes et des radiateurs pour être bien au chaud. La cuisine bien équipée.

Cons: Le lit grinçait à chaque mouvement et la rue à l'extérieur était trop bruyante à cause de la circulation. C'était loin du centre-ville.

Apartamento moderno e confortável em zona residencial no Porto.

Pros: Apartamento recentemente renovado, com bastante gosto. Destaco.o conforto e as boas áreas da casa. Equipamentos de cozinha com o indispensável para uma estadia. Quartos com boas áreas e camas confortáveis. Dispõe de parque automóvel interior, algo muito positivo na zona em apreço para quem se deslica com viatura.

Cons: Sitema de aquecimento poderia ser melhor, em especial na sala. O acesso à casa e à suite é efectuado através de escadas, pelo que terá de ser tido em consideração para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

Pros: Casa molto bella, pulita e comoda. Dotata di tutti i confort. Comodo l'accesso diretto al parcheggio e i bagni separati.

Pros: La localizacion, limpieza y comodidad. Tiene todo lo necesario, muy cerca del centro pero ain el bullicio de este. Todos los servicios muy cerca y accesibles.

Cons: Quizas el aparcamiento es todo un reto pero no supone un problema. Quizas falta una secadora para las epocas de lluvia

Pros: Alojamiento muy limpio, amplio, camas cómodas, aparcamiento en el recinto. Buenas posibilidades para abastecimiento. Separado del centro pero con posibilidades de transporte (linea amarilla, estación Marqués)

Cons: Poca iluminación en general y especialmente en las habitaciones, la del segundo piso solo una lamparita en la mesilla. A tener en cuenta los dos tramos de escaleras. Insonorización no es buena, la calle tiene mucho tráfico de día y noche y se oye en las habitaciones

Un apartamento bonito, nuevo y situado en zona residencial

Pros: Puertas , ventanas suelo , baños y el trocito de jardin , así como la decoración y la cantidad de armarios que tenía . Me gustó también la zona donde está , con cafeterías ,y buenos supermercados abiertos todos los días .

Cons: Está lejos del centro para acceder a pie , aunque el uver funciona muy bien y siendo cuatro personas resulta bien . Por otra parte para los días caluroso falta aire acondicionado en la planta baja , o al menos algún ventilador de techo . Y falta sellar bien la ducha del baño de abajo

Bella esperienza

Pros: Ampio spazio, confortevole, possibile parcheggio. Staff iper disponibile. Ottima soluzione come base per visita della città.

Cons: In realtà tutto è andato benissimo.
