Great hub
Pros: It's a nice hub if you are exploring the north of Portugal. It's a nice flat in a quiet neighborhood but very very close to the main areas in the city. The flat is conveniently close to Bolhao which has most of the things you need, especially FOOD! Bolhao Market is just there and there are good cafes and bakeries in the area. The flat has all the basic things you need. Big toilet/shower, too. The Smart TV is a plus for someone working.
Cons: The AC is in the living room and you won't get much cooling in the bedroom if you close the door. A hand towel in the kitchen would be nice as well as an ice tray (for making ice cubes during warm weather).

Pros: It was very nice and cozy, high ceilings, air conditioning, TV. I felt right at home.
Cons: They need to have teatowels there so you can do the washing up. Always a lot of moisture, water dripping in the fridge. It would have been nice to know beforehand that there was a special technique with the key to the front door. I could not open it at first, no one answered when I called the office and I had to walk all the way back to the office with all my luggage.

Pros: Good location: shops, metro, restaurants are nearby Comfortable bed Nice shower with many towels Fast internet, big TV, good fridge The apartment was very clean Easy check-out: you just leave the keys on the table
Cons: Traffic noise in the morning can wake you up, its a busy road Noise in the building when the neighbours are slamming doors or playing loud music at night

Pros: Que estaba limpio, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar la semana que estuve hospedado,
Cons: Estaba un poco alejado del centro y la recogida de llaves no es en el mismo sitio del alojamiento y no tiene ascensor.

Un piso perfecto para una estancia perfecta
Pros: Todo: la ubicación, la limpieza, la decoración. Llegamos mucho antes de la hora del check-in y pudimos dejar las mochilas en la inmobiliaria pagando 3€ por cada una. En cuanto el piso estuvo listo pudimos entrar en el antes de la hora indicada, hecho que les agradecemos. Una estancia muy agradable en el piso y en esta bonita ciudad.
Cons: Nada.

Pros: Прекрасная квартира со всем необходимым, включая кондиционер, микроволновку, кофе машину, всю посуду, фен, и гигиенические средства . Если планируете готовить изучите наполнение всех ящиков, я не сразу нашла приборы, они в ящике под духовкой, которая тоже работает. И средство для мытья посуды под раковиной. Белоснежное постельное бельё и полотенца. В целом квартира чистая, мебель и сан техника новая. Кровать с жёстким хорошим матрасом, я такой очень люблю. Довольно уютно. До центра, до рынка, кафе, магазинов , набережной, можно дойти пешком. На обратном пути лучше взять такси, это не дорого, 5-6 евро. Либо тренировать мышцы ног так как идти всё время вверх. Ребята из центра приёма гостей очень контактны, отвечают на вопросы во время проживания
Cons: Есть плесень на кафеле в ванной. Ковёр очень скользит по полу, постоянно, это опасно. В спальне не хватает прикроватных тумбочек Ключи надо забирать в приветственном центре, а потом идти 10 мин пешком на холм. Но он рядом с метро А ещё мы не знали куда выкидывать мусор, за 5 дней его скопилось довольно много и его хотелось убрать из квартиры Но плюсов гораздо больше. В целом квартира достойная
