Pros: Everything was great, the host was easily reachable for each of my questions. The location is top notch, and even though it was in the party district (I think) it was really calm and quiet inside the apartment, due to good isolation. All in all - everything you want for a nice stay in Porto.

Pros: Great location, and really nice to have a whole apartment with amenities like a cooker and washing machine (handy because we were doing this as part of a longer train travel holiday through multiple countries). The apartment was great, nice atmosphere, and the hosts friendly and helpful. We had issues getting into the accommodation because we had not received all of the codes and it happened to be the day of the complete blackout so that internet and phone connections were down, but the host then came to the place to make sure we had the keys.

Cons: Because it is an apartment in an old (although renovated) building, you can be unlucky with other guests walking around a lot during the night (floors creaking) or otherwise being noisy - we slept very badly for two nights because of this. One morning we did not have hot water for the shower, even though we had hardly used any. The hosts came to check on the same day though to make sure everything was ok and we did not have the same issue again after (or before).

Pros: It’s a very clean, well maintained and comfortable with perfect location. And the most pleasant hosts I have ever dealt with - always in touch, fast full answers, and what is important - not formal, but really with a desire to help. They gave us the detailed information about parking alternatives and provided the opportunity for later check out. IHighly recommend!

Convenient location for exploring Porto

Pros: Well appointed apartment with a good shower, comfortable bed. The location is convenient for exploring the town and accessing bus/metro services.

Cons: Communication with the owner could have been a little more detailed and personal. The neighbourhood is very lively, so the apartment is quite noisy if you have the windows open.

Excellent studio, perfect for one although equipped for 3.

Pros: Everything was great!! Beautifully designed and decorated studio apartment in the centre of Porto. Walking distance to everywhere. V comfortable bed, excellent double double glazing so hardly heard a thing despite being on the corner of ‘club street’! Nice table to eat or work from, good WiFi, TV sofa area though I didn’t really use it, great shower, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen area. Tiago, the host couldn’t have been more helpful and met me late eve to help carry my cases upstairs. Couldn’t fault it and felt very at home for the 3 days I was there! Highly recommended

Pros: This is a modern furnished apartment in an interesting part of Porto with many clubs, pubs, restaurants and bakeries around. The area is very noisy all day however, for people who like bustle of the city, it should not be a problem, The noise disappears when the windows are closed.
