Pros: layout was excellent. private. comfortable. spacious. good access to pool. despite construction nearby no noise and did not affect stay. good distance from main centre. easy walk there. instant hot water. excellent outdoor space

Cons: not enough wine glasses. more drying up towels. would have liked more bedding sheets etc to have a separate sleeping area on sofa bed. Initially host support very responsive then went quiet

Fabulous stay would definitely recommend

Pros: Style, decor, facilities, plenty of room, location, lovely pool not busy always room, amazing blackout blinds in bedroom. Prime and Netflix which proved a godsend when daughter was not feeling well.

Cons: Nothing. Was construction nearby but not intrusive. Only one suggestion to have parasol by the pool for shade.

Romantic weekend in a beautifully designed flat

Pros: Beautiful design, comfortable, excellent location, refreshing pool.

Cons: Double bed could have been a bit wider and with a better mattress.

We had a blast of a time and felt very happy at the flat. Communication was excellent and we’d highly recommend.

Pros: The flat was well set out and lovely furnished for a rental. Location was exactly as expected and perfectly suited to our needs. Just outside the hustle and noise but everything within walking distance.

Cons: We liked everything. The only thing I we would have liked to be there is some cushions for the outside furniture. The set up is lovely to look at but painful to sit/lay on.

Overall I would recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Porto. We have really enjoyed our time and would 100% r

Cons: - [ ] Lots of spiders (daddy long legs) in the apartment (not the owners fault) - [ ] Lots of banging at night - not sure if this was other apartments or building work - [ ] Door can be difficult to unlock when you first try as there are 5 locks to unlock. Once you have got the hang of it is fine. - [ ] Shower can be very hot but nothing changing the dial can’t fix

Fijn verblijf

Pros: Ruim, fijn balkon, de airco was prettig in de slaapkamer en woonkamer. En fijn dat het zwembad lekker erbij zat

Cons: Er was geen vaatwasser en verder geen extra vuilniszakken en wc papier. Kleine bakjes ontbraken

Pros: Das Einchecken war mit Türcode und Schlüsselbox an der Appartementür völlig unproblematisch. Prima Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, Taxistand und Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Trotz Baustelle keine Lärmbelästiung, Pool nach einer Stadtbesichtigung sehr erholsam und erfrischend. Telefonkontakt mit dem Vermietungsbüro freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros: Mooi zwembad, goede keuken met ruim voldoende servies etc. Leuk theme voor de inrichting. Alles met bladeren in groen.

Cons: Heel klein bed! Geen eettafel maar eetbar. Moeilijk voor ouderen.

Fui surpreendido positivamente pelo local e cidade!

Pros: O local é lindo, estava muito cheiroso e limpo quando cheguei. Local não é ou não estava com muitos ruídos ao redor, mas notei uma porta que dá acesso à piscina e fica próximo à porta do espaço, e em dias de calor, ela pode ser um barulho a mais, porém na minha estadia com tempo frio, isso não foi um problema. O chuveiro consegue ser bem quente e tudo o que estava na descrição de itens para uso, além de uma água grande, foi colocado a disposição. Super recomendo o local e o anfitrião. Estão construindo uma nova estação praticamente na frente do flat então isso ajudará ainda mais os futuros hóspedes e ainda assim, não tive problemas com grandes barulhos. O espaço em si é o principal elogio mas o local onde ele está, é o segundo, é perfeito e consegui fazer meus passeios a pé, sem nenhum problema.

Cons: O investimento na porta de entrada e na fechadura é sensacional pois são de alta qualidade, o ruim é que eu não estava acostumado com tudo isso e mesmo com explicações para fazer o check-in, eu acabei tendo dificuldades para localizar a chave no cofre, pois consta mais de uma porta igual à descrição da orientação e isso me fez 'perder' uns 30m só tentando localizar a chave. Depois a fechadura da porta é modelo cofre que requer várias voltas e isso me confundiu muito pois não sabia se estava fechando ou trancando a porta. Foi bem difícil o processo, mas depois de mais tempo, consegui entrar e aprendi a usar o cofre e a fechadura. A calefação é ar condicionado 'fraco' que até da conta do recado, mas não é tão forte em dias de frio mais extremo. No quarto, eu sinto que ele ajuda como precisa, então se você estiver indo no frio e sente muito frio, repense as possibilidades (mas para mim, não foi um problema em momento algum na minha estadia).
