Pros: Most amazing location. Clean spacious quiet room. Very helpful host.

A great value stay in a perfect location.

Pros: Fantastic location, a nice bottle of red wine & water in the room for us on arrival.

Cons: It didn’t bother us, & it does say it on Booking.com, the room is on the 4th floor and the stairs are very steep. We were only there for 2 nights and had little luggage, but it would be an issue if you had large suitcases.

Brilliant location

Pros: The location, right in the centre of the Ribeira area, is absolutely superb close to dozens of bars and restaurants. There are amazing views from the balcony. The room is a reasonable size and is clean. The bed is comfortable

Cons: Shower water temperature ran very hot to cold randomly when in the shower. Minor issue, TV not connected to an aerial so no reception. There is a microwave but no plates or condiments. Central location does mean it is quite noisy until late. Take your ear plugs!

Great room located right in the centre of all the fun and games

Pros: The location is perfect. Right in on the river bank Also received all required information promptly and able to message property owner with no issues

Cons: There was only a view of the street outside from the windows in the room The door code was so long- difficult to manage after a couple of glasses of wine

Pros: Location was perfect- right in the middle of the action - superb view of River Doro and Luis Bridge. Would strongly recommend this property-very modern & comfortable

Cons: Unfortunately no TV

Excellent location on the river front, very clean and suitable for a short stay.

Pros: Comfortable and clean property in excellent location to people and river traffic watch with Luis 4 bridge close by.

Cons: Advertised wifi codes in property but not there, didn't respond to message requesting codes. Property hard to find, got assistance from local restaurant who phoned someone to come and guide me.

Best Location for Entertainment and Dining

Pros: Door code was sent to us via a booking.com message and arrived prior to our arrival. The apartment was up one flight of stairs so not too hard to carry our bags up. We had trouble finding the door and street as the street didn't show up on google maps and our taxi driver couldn't find it however the directions given to ask at a restaurant was very helpful and the staff there helped us with our luggage and finding the apartment. Apartment was right on the waterfront so there were buskers, markets, places to eat and drink and crowd watching right on our doorstep. It was a short walk across the bridge to the port houses and more options for dining. Great views.

Cons: We were there on a Saturday, Sunday and Monday night. On Saturday and Sunday night there was a bar under the bridge that had a dance party, this went until 2am in the morning and the bass sound was really loud keeping us awake, if your a party person this is the ideal spot on the weekend for you. Monday night the bar wasn't open so there was no noise. Be aware there are pick pockets around, we didn't have anything taken however a girl at the table next to us at one of the outside dining restaurants had her bag taken.

Pros: A very central location with a beautiful view to the river. A bit tricky to find it at first, we asked for the directions at the restaurant downstairs. Didn’t meet the hosts, but we received all the information via booking messages. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough. We also found a warmer blanket in the drawer, so the nights sleep was good.

Cons: The sound isolation was poor - it is quite loud from the street and also from the floor above. The steep steps to the apartments are squeaky as well but it goes with the charm of the old building.
