Belle découverte de Porto

Pros: L'emplacement est le point fort du logement situé dans un quartier touristique au 4 ème étage (relativement calme) avec ascenseur. Le logement correspondait à nos attentes.

Cons: Deux interventions à prévoir : écoulement eau de la douche très problématique + pas d'eau chaude au niveau de l'évier cuisine - De plus, ménage superficiel : traces de verres sur les meubles , le tapis sous le lit pas aspiré et des cheveux longs dans les coins - Petit bémol sur la taille du frigo : trop petit

wunderschöner Ausblick

Pros: Sensationeller Ausblick auf die Katedrale, Lage ist direkt in der Einkaufsstraße in der Innenstadt. Ausstattung des Apartments war gut, das Haus hat trotz des Alters einen Aufzug. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es relativ ruhig, da die Fenster nicht auf der Seite der Einkaufsstraße liegen.

Cons: Leider gibt es im Stiegenhaus auf der Etage 2 Notlichter die durchgehend leuchten und da das Apartment beim Eingang und im Schlafzimmerbereich mit durchsichtigem Glas ausgestattet ist, ist es leider nachts relativ hell. Man könnte dies einfach durch Jalousien im Eingangsbereich beheben.
