Excellence in a stay. The gold standard.

Pros: Everything. Just such a brilliant experience. Nothing was too much trouble and I was a real pain as my flights were cancelled due to adverse weather conditions on Madeira 2 days in a row. No problem, no money grab, my booking was honoured from when I was able to arrive. I will always be grateful. Good people doing the right thing without hesitation or further reward. Too rare these days.

Cons: There literally is nothing not too like. The location is perfect, size is spacious, hosts are lovely, everything is as advertised. I will only stay here when I visit Porto going forwards.

Pros: This is a great accommodation that we will come back to again and again! Quiet street, very clean and calm renovation, great balcony, has everything you need for life, everything is new, comfortable beds and pillows. It smells very nice. We were with a small child, they provided a separate bed and toys for him. Very hospitable hosts, responded to all requests. Comfortable kitchen to prepare easy food. A very cozy courtyard where you can drink wine or play with your child on the grass. There are great bakeries and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. We decided to stay for one more day and got approval without any problems. We already miss the cozy place!

Comfy apartment close to the center

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, just the right size for a few days. It has cooking utensils and crockery, heating and cooling and the bed is comfortable. The location is just off the city center which makes it quiet but a walking distance from all the sightseeing places. There is a coffee machine at the reception if you need one before heading out and you can leave your stuff there after the check out if you are flying later in the day. Very accommodating hosts and quick to respond via WhatsApp.

Excellent studio close to the city centre

Pros: Beautiful new studio. It was minimal, but you have all you need. Also kitchen items were present there, so you can cook own meal if you want. I was glad to discover 2 pillows which were different in hardnes. I felt completely comfortable there. We were also informed by the host in advance about the location, including photos, code, option to have a breakfast.

Cons: We had only one coffee stick, it was a bit weird, but it was not a big deal for us. We liked everything!

Would recommend

Pros: Overall very clean, some of the facilities like the kitchen tap were not secured. It was peaceful and quiet.

Cons: Lift was broken

Pros: Loved my stay there, it was very clean, the staff was amazing and very responsive, location was great, all the appliances were present, would definitely stay there again

Great value apartment in Porto

Pros: Good and easy check in instructions. Easy location, close to bars, cafes and restaurants as well as the crystal park. Clean apartment with a lovely shower. Nice touch of water, tea and coffee waiting for us on arrival.

Cons: Could do with a mirror outside of the bathroom (being picky)

Pros: Soho Porto exceeded our expectations – it’s in a great location, had everything we needed and felt cozy from the first night on. We could leave our luggage at the place as well which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience

Pros: It was super nice experience! A little bit further away from main attractions (15-20 min walking) but it made our stay even better because we got a chance to experience a neighbourhood with plenty good coffee spots and artsy places. The staff was wonderful, answered our questions, provided tips what to see and experience. The studio apartment was clean, all necessary things could be found. To sum, I would rate 10/10!

Good base for exploring the city

Pros: Great location and facilities. Slightly noisy (you can hear other guests on the floor).
