Pros: Everything could be excellent about this apartment, if the staff would react when the guest lets it know about lack of smth. The apartment is very clean, beautifully situated and has two spaces - a kind of living room with sofa bed and a bedroom.

Cons: But the coffee machine was leaking, it was impoissible to switch the shower from the tropical mood (from the ceiling) to normal one, and TV soft was out of working order (just stars and stripes on the screen on the various channels). The staff got our requests, thanked for letting know and undertook nothing. And if you have a luggage think twice before booking — the stairs are vertical and extremely narrow, its a big deal to drag your bag to the apartment even on the first floor.

Pros: Our stay at the apartment in Lisbon was wonderful! The location is excellent. The apartment was cozy and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back again!

Pros: Great location, cozy apartment. Easy to get and figure out location, warm water available. Cleaning service was good, except they didn't refill our coffee the last day 🥲.

Cons: As expected with an old building we had a lot of noise from other rooms, you could easily hear people's steps at night.

Great location, very stylish

Pros: Great apartment, very stylish interior, nice and clean bathroom and other amenities, kitchen full of utensils. Location is amazing, super close to everything.

Cons: Wifi was weird, many websites were not opening. Maybe smth with the router settings. Also having AC would be great; it's nice there was a fan but it's not always enough in the summer I think. For those who want to avoid walking up, the apartment was on the highest floor (4th) without elevator so it might be important.

Cons: Needs better maintenance. The motion detector outside the door, the shower switch from hand to above head, the bin in the bathroom and the electric kettle lid were all either broken or in need of some repairs. Additionally, the wooden floors creak noisily and the soundproofing is poor. It's very easy to hear noises from the neighboring rooms or the stairwell. Fortunately my neighbors were considerate.

Pros: The room was very cozy with a charming retro furnishing style, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. The staff was always available and ready to help whenever needed, which was truly appreciated.

Cons: The soundproofing is quite poor, so it's very easy to hear noises from the outside and neighboring rooms. I would recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable sleep. Additionally, the kitchen lacked a stove, which could be inconvenient for those planning to cook.

Cozy apartment in the centre of Porto

Pros: The location was perfect, very central. The apartment was newly furbished, clean and comfortable. I would go back.

Cons: The kitchen not equipped for cooking, we were just able to make some tea and eggs in the microwave. Some stairs to get up but it's understandable given it's in the old town.

Pros: Perfect location. Close to restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. Clean, always smell good.

Cons: We stayed in apartment 4-2, had some troubles with the bathroom door, couldn't get it to lock properly. No lift in the building, be prepared for the stairs!
