Very well-located, spacious and clean. Very good modern and clean place
Pros: The apartment is amazing, big, spacious and very comfortable. Extremely clean and good vibe. Had a terrace and a garden at the back. Very well-located. Not in the city centre but well-connected. The neighbourhood is also very nice and clean.
Cons: The hot water system is not the best. The water can be extremely hot in the kitchen. Not enough toilet paper. No kitchen towels or tea towels. The upstairs neighbour make lots if noise when walking but calm down when they go to bed. None of this diminish the comfort of the place thus.

A bright and quiet sanctuary after busy days of walking and sightseeing.
Pros: It was such a spacious, clean and bright apartment, with the bonus of a delightful garden for lazy times in the sun.
Cons: There were no tea towels for drying dishes.

Cons: The table was sticky and the sheets of the main bed were a little bit stained… Otherwise, everything was perfect !

almost perfect except for a few things
Pros: This is a very nice apartment with a terrace/garden. It's new, well kept and overall very comfortable for exploring Porto. The location is approximately 15 minutes by foot from the Campahna train station and approximately 20 minutes by foot to the city center. The metro station is also close by. There are few stores close by and enough places to eat in the vicinity. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Great comfortable spacey shower. Very cozy garden where one can enjoy meals outside. Everything new, clean, and pleasant. We liked the apartment and would stay there again.
Cons: The description of the apartment was misleading, promising 1 bedroom + 1 living room, which was not correct, as there is only 1 room + kitchen. It's great for a couple or a couple + 1-2 smaller children (there are 2 sofa beds in addition), but if you are a party of more than 2 adults, that could be a problem. After arrival, we informed the host about this, however, did not receive any client-oriented message except for excuse that it was not their mistake. I understand that this could be a genuine error, but it could be a lot better if the host offered some consolation for the client disappointment (apology, something complimentary etc). Instead, when we mentioned that the coffee machine had only 1 coffee capsule provided, the host replied that it's complimentary, so... well, right, but we are a party of 3, so it would be thoughtful to take this into account :) (to be fair, we were supplied with a few more capsules later that day). The apartment itself is very nice. However, some minor details are lacking. For example, the washing machine is available, but there is no laundry detergent to use. When people come for a few nights, it's not rational to purchase a full bottle/pack of laundry detergent, and it would be thoughtful to provide it, just as soap or toilet paper. Other thing that was strange was the opening of the fridge and fridge case, which was very annoying and could be easily solved by changing the fridge door opening direction (most fridges allow that). These things could easily be improved for better client experience There is also almost no storage space for clothes/personal things neither in the room, nor in the bathroom. Bathroom itself, except for the shower, is small. The apartment garden is wonderful, but please note it's shared with the room downstairs (they have their separate space, but basically you are simultaneously using the garden, so you are not alone).

Perfect apartment to discover Porto
Pros: The apartment is close to all we need - a public transport, shop (SPAR), café and restaurants. It is perfect starting point to discover Porto.

Nice stay in Porto
Pros: Very nice location, with a shop, caffees and restaurants nearby. The room is newly renovated house, very nice and with a great equipment ( kitchen, air-condion etc.). The owned was vwry polite. Thank you!
Cons: You can hear other quest coming in, if this happend during evening or night, it is very loud ( stairs, door bomping, lights turn on). Our first night was like this, others were super calm. If you do not like stairs, just be sure in this duplex ( 0 flour and -1 are there). Bathroom with wc is -1, so during bight you have to ve carefull.

Pros: It was perfect, the check in was smooth and I also got the option to check in/come a bit earlier, due to some circumstances, very greatful for that! The bed was comfortable (and I'm picky) and I loved the apartment and the area. Better than expected!
